We loved the location and the property! Adults and kids had a great time.

The lake was the best part for us. Our family loved all the floats, paddle board and canoes and just jumping in the water. The pool looked amazing but was just a little too cold for us. We were just too late in the season I think. The house was perfect size for our family of 12. We were able to spread out and enjoy each other. The home was clean and comfortable!

This is our second time back visiting this property and we always have a fabulous time! We went for my son’s 16th bday. They loved the pool, kayaking on the water and playing pool and cards. The house is very clean and has everything you need! I highly recommend staying here!!

Everything about our trip was fantastic from beginning to end. The property is amazing … home, pool, lake- what more could you want. Our family of 14 ranging from ages six to seventy-four had a blast. All agree it was the best vacation ever! We had a minor issue with the AC unit and it was dealt with promptly. Maria was attentive to all our needs. If we are ever in Bella Vista again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Maria for an unforgettable week!

This home is in a great location, peaceful lakefront with everything you need to enjoy the water! PLUS a pool, a game room, and lots of board games. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. Maria, the host, was so helpful with recommendations, and always very responsive.

The property was ideal for our family, The teens enjoyed the kayaks and pool. The entire family enjoyed the pool table and game table, Maria was very responsive to all our questions and a couple of little issues we had, Beds and bedding was exceptional. The kitchen was very well appointed and stocked. I would highly recommend this property and we are ever vacationing in that area I would definitly check for availability.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the house and driving into Bentonville for dinner and going to the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. The property is perfect for staying out too and enjoying the lake, the pool, the hot tub and spending time with family! We will be back!!

This house gave us everything we needed to be together with family from out of town. The house, the pool, the hot tub, the lake, the dock, the kayaks and life jackets! The setup was exactly what we needed! We had such a wonderful weekend celebrating my son graduating! Thank you Maria!

We stayed this weekend for our daughter’s graduation. Our family enjoyed the stay and getting away from the crowds as we hung out and visited. It was the perfect place to gather and relax.

Great place and great views. Very relaxing - the rental has everything you needs from amenities and space. It’s immaculately maintained. Communication with the owner was prompt and positive. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect layout for my son’s twin girls whom are four. We have his family on kitchen main floor w the two bathrooms one has tub while our other two families had the other two king bedrooms with one bathroom. Both floors have couch w tv and both have views of lake. With three bathrooms available it was perfect. Hot tub was a bit stinky but other than that it was a great stay. We talked about coming back in the summertime cus I guess we brought the rain from Oklahoma.! Lots of steep steps down to Lake so not great for elderly or if you forget something. Beautiful place.

Property was beautiful. Very spacious. We had bad weather so didn’t get to enjoy the amenities but was still a wonderful place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The house was amazing, the location was everything we could ask for. The lake is awesome for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. The town, plus the town close by were beautiful! I would most definitely book again to stay!

This is a great place to stay with lots of room for the kids to play. The house is fully stocked with all essential needs. We cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with just about everything available. We loved the fact that our dog could enjoy Thanksgiving with us instead of in a kennel. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

We were able to have a very relaxing Labor Day weekend at this house with our family. Great location, well stocked, lots of fun in the pool.

Extremely pleased with our choice of Double Down. This lovely property on Lake Avalon, along with the Bella Vista and Bentonville communities, exceeded our expectations. This home was well equipped and exactly as described. Our hostess, Maria, was very responsive from the day of booking, until our check out date. She made great recommendations for dining and community activities. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and I’m sure we will visit DoubleDown again.

Everything was superb - house, amenities, location! Did I mention beautiful pool plus great dock on this beautiful little lake. Serene, clean, wooded and lovely. After dinner drinks on porch listening to the cicadas sing. Just perfect!

Loved that the lake is small and no motor boats. Very peaceful. Easy access (if you are good with stairs) and we enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks. The host was very responsive when we needed something.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very nice place to sit back, have fun and relax. We did some hiking, boating, kayaking and fishing on the dock. If we were ever to come down to the area again, we will definitely keep this place in mind. Thanks for your hospitality.

The property was absolutely perfect. Our kids did bike camp during the day and swam in the afternoons and evenings. It was a quick drive to any trial, and especially close to the water falls at Tanyard Creek. The house was super clean and ready for an active family. The lily pad on the lake was a favorite for the kids. Maria was extremely responsive for any questions. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay. The kids liked all of the water features.
