Very nice house, plenty of room for the entire group. Very clean and had everything we needed. TV was a little difficult but figured it out. Family enjoyed the deer coming by. Liked the drive on beach very close. Would stay again.

The house was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The house backs up to BLM land with trails which was a plus. The beach access is a bit further than advertised, but the ramp up the dune was wonderful. Love that mobility challenged could get up top for the views. Our questions were answered with 24 hours and check in was a breeze.

Clean home, pet friendly, good communication with the host, great place to rest and decompress from city life.

The location was perfect! Great access to the beach and also my brother’s home.

House was super clean. We enjoyed the deck, the tv room upstairs, short walks to the beach and wandering with the dogs on the BLM trails directly behind this home. We loved the location and it was so quiet there!

It was ideal location and amenities, beautiful layout and equity with everything we needed.Deer came to greet us for breakfast and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Highly recommend this property!

Pet friendly, woods in back yard, beach close by. What's not to like? However, you must hike a 50 foot berm next to the beach; one side wooden walkway but the other is sand. Not great for old folks as we had to climb back up in sand to get to the top of the berm in order to get back home. The Pacific City beach is just a short drive away and you can walk right onto it. Loved it.

Nice home close to the beach.We couldn’t figure out the TV’s but survived without them as we were at the beach enjoying the beautiful weather.

We loved staying here! The home itself had a great layout. The added bonus was the forest area behind the home for a walk/explore!

Very easy to check in. Kitchen very equpit . We only h a d a problem with coffee pot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Pacific City. It was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, games, to books and toilet paper. All of the supplies available showed care and thoughtfulness. The check in process was very convenient, and the house is close walking distance to the beach and the town. Also, the forest area in the back was wonderful too; deer came right up to the back porch area. See attached photo.

We enjoyed hiking to the beach with our Yorkie. Plenty of room for the family. The home has a modern kitchen and a nice loft with a futon for watching tv. The back yard has a forested area with hiking trails too.

Clean, comfortable and with better amenities than most VRBO locations. Bedding was nice. They don't get the cheapest of everything. Favorite place so far.Nice, wooded walking path right behind house. Very close to beach. Quiet. Beautiful town. Kids, dogs, adults loved it! Only suggestion that would make it 100% perfect is to fence in a small area behind house for dogs to be out without leash. The fact that they allow for dogs at all is generous, of course. Thank you for the great stay!

We get together every year--sisters and cousins. This home was perfect for our group and we had a great time. Plenty of room for games, eating and sleeping for all. We especially appreciated how clean everything was upon our arrival.

Great place and entertaining for family. Very close to beach. Some of the beds were not comfy

The property was what we expected but a few things that seemed strange. There were no curtain or window coverings in the bathrooms so people could see in while you were using it. Also in the master bedroom there was a window facing another house with no window covering right next door. In the morning the sunlight shines in starting at 6:00am.so you can not sleep in.

Nice location and good help from property management. Negative issues with the house are that the furniture, towels, cooking utensils are old and all are worn out and need replaced. Found broken and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Owner of house has failed to keep it up. Walls are dirty, broken vertical blinds in kitchen.

Nice house great location. The house desperately needs blinds in bedrooms and master bathroom. I noticed other reviews mentioned the lack of blinds. It’s an issue that should be corrected
