Welcome to Dory Days, a spacious wood-shingled beach home tucked inside the gated community of Kiwanda Shores. Located just one block from the ocean, this inviting coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Oregon Coast charm.

From the home, guests can easily stroll to the beach or take a short walk to some of the area's most loved spots, including the iconic Pelican Brewing Company, the sweeping dunes of Cape Kiwanda, and the shops, cafés, andlaid-back atmosphere of Pacific City.

Inside, Dory Days offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. The home's warm coastal style, comfortable gathering spaces, and thoughtful touches make it easy to settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Large windows and ocean peeks add to the beachy atmosphere, while multiple living spaces provide room for games, conversation, or simply unwinding after a day outside.

One of the home's most charming features is the cozy Crow's Nest loft—a fun and inviting perch perfect for reading, relaxing, or watching the ever-changing coastal sky. Outside, guests can soak in the private hot tub after a day of exploring, letting the warm water and salty air melt away the day.

For those ready to explore, bikes are available for cruising around the neighborhood or riding into town. Whether you're heading to the beach, grabbing dinner at the pub, or exploring the dunes and shoreline, everything is close at hand.

Main Level Open living/dining area with vaulted wood ceilings, stone-faced fireplace, sleeper sofa, leather chairs, and deck access to hot tub. Full kitchen with stainless appliances, farmhouse sink, green cabinetry, great prep space. Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds. Full hallway bath with tub/shower combo. Laundry closet with washer/dryer.
Second Level: Primary Suite: King bed, ocean views, ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub.
Third Level – The Crow's Nest Loft. Best ocean views in the home. Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). Quiet reading/relaxation retreat.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
