Don't Worry, Be Happy! Private Pool, Golf Cart, 3BR/2BA

The location of the house was great. Inside needs more cleaning. Dishwasher was moldy.

Very clean house. Beds comfortable. Very close to beach access and golf cart was great. We could fit our family of 6 plus our beach gear on cart and go to beach in just a few minutes. We brought our own beach gear but it looks like they provided a lot - except an umbrella. Pool was clean but extremely hot- probably bc not shaded. Just don’t expect it to be refreshing in the heat of summer- it was hotter than a hot tub! That was our biggest disappointment. We’ve never had that issue with other pools in Florida and we’ve stayed in this area many times. The kitchen could use more plates and cups- we didn’t have enough for lunch and dinner unless we ran the dishwasher in between. Also they gave just enough bath towels for one per person- would also recommend they get another set. Overall this is a good choice for a clean house that’s close to the beach.

The property was just as described and in a very close walk to the beach. Having the pool and golf cart made the trip perfect.

Property was easy to find, walking distance to beach. Plenty of room. Beds are comfy. Host very responsive. Pool is smaller than it looks, but still fun. Only downfall is its not walking distance to any restaurants or stores. We had a great time!

Quiet neighborhood location in dead end street…close to the beach and grocery stores. Nice pool and living space is very adequate and well laid out. Fairly clean and well maintained. Might look to put fresh coat of paint on the trim and doors for fresher look. Board games along with instructions for using the Roku TV appreciated. Might look to add rinse agent to the dishwasher and additional lightbulb to the half bath. Golf cart nice amenity but not sure of any strong confidence in longevity of the battery…speed seems very limited.

We had a great time! The house was very quaint and welcoming. The beach was within walking distance which was perfect for sunset strolls on the beach.

We will definitely be back! Plenty of room for our family and baby!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay, especially the pool. The host was also very responsive and helpful the entire time leading up to the trip and during. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful! I am single mom with two boys and we felt completely safe in this neighborhood! There were some issues with the golf cart tires from a previous guest, but the owner had his cleaners come to fix it so we had the golf cart for the rest of our stay! The cleaners were so kind and the owner was great to communicate! The walk to the beach even without the golf cart was so pleasant and short! Highly recommend this home for families and kids. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was even better than anticipated. I had requested unscented cleaning and laundry/linens, to avoid migraines, and the house on arrival was lovely, clean and unscented. The host was quick to respond to questions during reservation and during our stay. We especially loved evening dips in the small pool, starry skies, and riding around in the breezy golf cart. We would definitely go back, though perhaps before the June heat wave.
