Stayed Jul 13, 2025We had a great time! The children had a great time playing and swimming on the private dock. I had the most fun lounging on the beach chairs, and laughing at my daughter, trying to learn to paddle board.

Stayed May 2, 2025This Home is set up perfectly for a large group. We were three generations deep, and everyone had private areas. Being on the bayside, we were so lucky to enjoy the calmer waters, dock, and backyard space, while the Gulfside experienced a few Red flag days and a couple of Purple flag days (jellyfish). The quiet gated neighborhood is a plus, and the walk to the Public Beach Access was an easy stroll. Oh, and Dolphins were seen from the balcony, too!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was immaculate. Beautiful views of the sound from nearly every place in the house. Everything was clean and new. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball nearly daily, and you just couldn't beat relaxing at night either in the sand on the lowest level or on the patio. This is a yearly trip for our family, and this has been by far our favorite place we've stayed. As long as the price doesn't grow too much in the coming years, I foresee us making this our yearly house to stay. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024The property is spectacular, the location phenomenal, only issue we had was property immediately next door was being remodeled. Heavy equipment littered the front and could be heard and seen all week long while we tried to enjoy such an amazing property. I understand this was a one time case of just bad timing but a little transparency would have been nice.

Reviewer Comments: We gathered for a memorial service and it was wonderful for the family to be able to stay together. The house was great, spacious and things to do. The only complaint was the lower level with the fusball and ping pong needed a fan.
