NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary Suite: King size bed, 50` TV, over sized en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, dual sinks, walk in shower. 2 separate sliding glass doors - direct access to the pool and California room.

Bedroom 2: King size bed, 43` TV. Shared jack n jill full bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 43` TV. Shared jack n jill full bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower.

Additional arrangements: pack-n-plays with pads and sheets (Please let us know if you need either the crib or pack-n-play).


KITCHEN:

Well-appointed chef’s kitchen – which features brand new stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove, large center island with 5 comfortable swivel stools and more – and is open to the dining and living room areas - where your whole group can spread out and relax together.

LIVING ROOM:

Simple luxury – yet casual and comfortable. Oversize lounge style couch, leather lounge chairs - plenty of seating - and a large 65” TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. Large dining room table that seats 8.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:

Stackable glass doors open up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard begins in a California room couch seating area w/a 55` outdoor TV. From there you can enjoy al fresco dining at the 8 person table. Enjoy pool/spa with Baja shelf equipped with chase lounges & a corn hole set.

GARAGE:

2 parking spots in the garage. 2 parking spots in the driveway and 1 street parking spot.

COMMUNITY GYM / POOL:

Access to community center. Including large pool with lap lane, bocci ball court, fully equipped gym with machines and free weights.


INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:

Fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and free high speed WiFi. Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, drip coffee maker, whole bean coffee w/grinder.

KITCHEN:

Property is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (spices, oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry pods.

OTHER ITEMS:

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is 5 miles, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!


- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is after 4PM local time and check out is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!).

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 75 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS

Property is furnished with a microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, high end drip coffee maker (ground beans), hot water boiler, toaster, waffle maker, Vitamix blender, portable blue tooth speaker and fly fans. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap, ironing board and iron.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS

We provide one blue tooth portable speaker. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have Bluetooth connectivity issues since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS

No pets.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual.

    Brand new well designed and furnished home we stayed in while at a music festival. The pool was fabulous as was the outdoor furniture and games. The houses are built really close to each other in this neighborhood, BUT it's also super private as the outdoor space offers privacy walls. The windows in the house are high, allowing for lots of natural light. Communication was great and access was easy. Great location near shopping and nice neighborhood restaurants. Will definitely be back if we are in the area for another event...or to golf and enjoy the weather.

    The location is perfectly located for the Amex PGA event and concerts. The houseis very well appointed & decorated. Host was very quick to cpmmunicate and the view of the mountains from the pool/spa.amazing!

    The house has beautiful views, the pool was my favorite place in the house. The kitchen has everything to cook and the living room is also very comfortable to relax and watch TV with the whole family. It was a great vacation!!!!

    Overall it was a great home. The communication with the property manager and making arrangements was quick and efficient. The home is situated in PGA West which is about 35-40 min from most of the nightlife in Palm Springs, but it’s peaceful and well maintained. The positive, great communication from the team, home is well equipped with a great pool/spa, games, and all the dishes and items you need. The only things I would improve is the ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn’t go very high, and coupled with little airflow (I like a cold bedroom), the temps at night were warmer than desired. When it’s 108 outside, I’d like to be able to lower the temp to my preferred setting without being locked into 72 degrees. They did accommodate to 70, but still had some sweaty nights. There were no towels available when we arrived, we didn’t realize until just before we left that the towels were in the dryer and not folded. That was annoying. Lastly, the cleaning team didn’t really do a great job as there was hair in the drawers, and the baseboards were pretty dusty and dirty. Those are small things, but overall the home served it’s purpose and was perfect for what was needed. Minor complaint, there was a party the first night we were there next door and it went pretty late into the night, and then the next day we were at the pool in the middle of the day, and got a text about a noise complaint. Kind of annoying if it was the same neighbors, but we adjusted the volume down to accommodate.
