Dog friendly waterfront home restaurant boat rentals arcade putt putt ice cream

Our family of 13 had a wonderful 4-night stay. The home for all of us comfortably for sleeping and big meals. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. Beds were of excellent quality. We made great use of the fire pit and a the TV/soundbar for family movie nights. The fishing dock was a 2-minute walk down the hill. Kids enjoyed catching sunfish off the dock!Home was a 5-7 minute walk to a Lake Anna boardwalk area with putt putt golf, and arcade, ice cream, restaurant, and pontoon boat and jet ski rentals. We enjoyed portioning and tubing during our stay. Highly recommended!

We just returned from an administrative retreat at this VRBO, and it was absolutely perfect! The house met all our needs and offered the ideal setting for both work and relaxation. The location was fantastic — conveniently close to restaurants and ice cream shops, which was a big plus. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our retreat and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a group stay or getaway.

This house is lovely and well equipped. The host is very generous with things like grill propane, herbs in cabinets, even dog beds. The only disappointment for us was that I didn’t realize the property didn’t open right up to the water. There is tree covered land that you have to walk along past other properties to get to the small fishing dock. We still made it work with our jet skis.

It was the perfect place for us- 8 ladies, golfing and vineyards. Great location! The deck and fire pit spaces were very welcoming and we had an excellent time enjoying the space. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their beautiful house with us.

A handful of friends and I met up here for a New Year’s Eve celebration. This was the perfect house for our group and was decorated so beautifully! Erica is very responsive as well. I definitely recommend staying here!

The home and location could not have been any better. As soon as we pulled up we knew we were in for a treat and then we got inside and it was even better than the pictures! The home was just so warm and inviting, not to mention how clean it was. It had the perfect layout and was great for our group of 8, not to mention all the amenities provided. Very convenient distance to the boat rental company and mini golf. Erica was so pleasant, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. We are looking forward to staying again next year!

We had a great time at Erica's place. The house was exactly as described and then some. The basement entertainment area is incredible and the outdoor fireplace is great. All the bedrooms were very spacious and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house has pretty much everything you would need. Erica was also incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Erica's place. She was very responsive to questions I had and the house has plenty to do to keep you busy (fire pit, cornhole, other games) and is cozy and welcoming inside. It's a little bit of a hike to the water (~200 yards) and unfortunately there was a harmful algae bloom while we were there, so we weren't able to get in the water (not Erica's fault!). Proximity to Tim's and other grocery stores was nice as well. We didn't take our dog this time but house was super dog friendly if you want to bring your furry friend. Thanks for having us!
