Dog-friendly waterfront getaway with lanai, private pool, & pool spa

The home itself is beautiful and is located on a canal. The beach access to Tigertrail Beach however, is about a mile away from the home, plus you have to walk an additional half mile to the actual beach (with priced parking for each daily visit). Please be prepared with mosquito spray, as you will get attacked by them. Also, the home is very comfortable and clean with quick access to grocery stores and restaurants via car.

This house is fantastic. Super clean, comfy and larger than the pictures show, both inside and out. It's just amazing.

I want to be clear, this review is targeted towards Vacasa, the rental property management for this home, not the actual owners. To the owners, the property was great and clean. I highly advise you change rental management companies. Thank you. Upon checking in, I noticed the pool and hot tub was not heated. I specifically requested them to be heated. This is a core amenity of the household, so I wanted this at least addressed. I reached out to Vacasa and verified I was following directions properly to heat the hot tub/pool. Let it run a couple hours, zero difference. They said they referred it to their local team. I followed up every couple hours during the entirety of my stay, because I was not getting updates. The updates were “there is no update”. I was very disappointed not only they were not attempting to address the issue, but it required me to reach out to try and keep them on top of it. Halfway through the stay, I noticed the pool heater control panel was showing an error code. I passed this along to Vacasa, but they were completely unresponsive. I’d rather them tell me that they are not able to address this issue or there was nothing they could do, rather than stringing me along. I realized after, they did this, so I could not check out and claim I stayed for the entire stay, making my options limited. If you’re going to manage luxury properties like this one, you need to act like it.

Never ever consider staying here! So that my family can have more availability! I absolutely loved the home, the cleanliness, the amenities, the price. This home is a dream!!

The house was amazing, perfectly fit our family of six and the pool was divine. We will be thinking about coming back next year for sure.

We had a great stay at Nautilus Manor the first week of May. It is situated on an intercoastal waterway overlooking the bay with the most spectacular view. The home is fabulous. It is newly renovated with spacious rooms and tall ceilings throughout. The large kitchen was stocked with anything you need. Best shower in the primary bath ever! Great pool for morning laps and a wonderful hot tub for relaxation. The outside deck was expansive with lots of comfortable seating. We just can’t see enough… Nautilus Manor is so spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed inside and out. It is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
