Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The fenced yard was perfect for our pups and the screen porch was perfect for coffee in the mornings and evenings. Close to a Starbucks, groceries and shopping. The kitchen has everything we needed for a thanks giving feast! Watch out those knives are sharp! The pans were in awesome condition and sweet serving platers. A nice and roomy kitchen to move around in with gorgeous container tops. We loved it 🥰 my grands throughly enjoyed the game room too! Lots of great detail put into this home!

Freezer wouldn’t make ice, dryer wouldn’t dry clothes, a/c stopped working and shower head in master bath shot off the wall… but they came out and fixed everything right away. The house was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room.

House was nice and clean. Great location. Quick response time when I called because it felt like AC was not working properly. They sent someone out within the hour and the issue was resolved.

This house is amazing! Perfect for our party of 8…plenty of seating and gathering space, beds are very comfortable, the outside shower option is so convenient to have when returning from the beach….loved the screened in porch during rainstorms and kitchen had everything we needed

We had a great stay! The house accommodated our family of 8 well with space left over. Beautiful house close to beach. Easy acccess!! We brought our dogs so the fenced in yard was nice.

It was a great location. It was a spacious house with nice size bedrooms and living area. I would recommend an upgrade on the king size bed both mattress and linens. I also would say the kitchen needs to be a little more equipped for basic cooking- including larger coffee cups. Overall it was fine for what we needed but not many extras.

We absolutely loved our stay in this area! It was the perfect balance..close to all the excitement, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. The house itself was amazing: spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kiddos especially loved the game room—it was a big hit! We enjoyed it so much, we’re already talking about making this our yearly getaway.

We had the best week. Easy 5 min walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the Panama City beaches which was relaxing. We were fortunate enough to get an early check-in which was greatly appreciated.

We arrived about 4 hours early before checking and the property manager was very quick to respond to our request for an early check in, which was so nice! The house had plenty of room to relax and the amenities were all new and nice! The only two things that we noticed were that the toaster only worked on one side, and the dryer didn’t work very well. But other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!

Proximity to events AND beach.; Parking for motorcycles AND truck and trailer (the church across the street allowed us :) the house itself, clean, neat, tidy, stocked with everything you could possibly need; PERFECTION!!

This property was absolutely amazing! It is in a quiet little neighborhood with a cool ocean breeze, quick 3 minute walk to the beach with plenty of access. The kids loved the game room and having a space that they could go and play. And Panama city is a real fun, beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

Overall we liked the property, however, we have become accustomed to VRBOs that are fully equipped with previous renters condiments for use. We always in turn purchase and leave products for others to use. This property was very similar to staying in a hotel with nothing left behind (ie salt, pepper, spices etc). We did not appreciate the fact we had to scrub the frying pans on arrival to try and get them clean.Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the back yard as the neighbors 4 cats used the backyard as a litter box.The location is very good being very close to the beach.

Everything was just as described. Beautiful home and easy access to the beach. We loved the screened in porch for the rainy days and the use of the garage was great for storing beach items.

We have stayed at vacation homes all over the United States. This property is going down as one of our favorites! It was so clean and sparsely decorated. We loved that it did not have lots of clutter. It had so much room to come together to watch TV or eat at the large table in the open kitchen/living area. You could spend time away from the group in one of the 3 beautiful bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The garage was perfect for storing our kayak between trips to the ocean, and the short walk to the beach was ideal. The property managers promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. Fantastic property all the way around!

The house was very comfortable and well stocked. Neighborhood was very walkable and we loved the location which was away from the crowds but close to entertainment.
