This charming property is just a few miles from Durango Hot Springs, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. And when you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions, like the Bar D Chuckwagon and Bakers Bridge. Grab a bite at the kitchen table or sit down for a full meal at the adjacent dining table. Evening entertainment options at home include two streaming-capable TVs, board games, and a DVD library for a fun family movie night. Keep dinner simple on the gas grill, and use the patio Bluetooth to play your favorite tunes while you cook. Call it a night in either well-appointed bedroom or the extra sleeping space in the loft - your dreamy Durango vacation awaits; all that's left to do is book it.

Super clean! Queen bed on 2nd floor that shared a room with the twin bed had a sink hole in it making it very uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!!

I’ve been to a lot of VRBOs. This is one of my absolute favorites. It started with clear text communication on when the place was ready(early although we didn’t need it) to the door code and other information. Then we arrived to a perfectly clean place. Now here’s where they really had me. I hate showing up and finding out theft is only 1-2 paper towels, 1-2 roles of TP per bath, minimal appliances, and particularly no spices available(so I never know how much to bring or have to go out). Not only was there ample of all of those things, but every appliance I could want, lots of extra food with a date when it was putrchased(didn’t need it it but very thoughtful), garbage bags. Dishsoap, washer pods, etc. they even left a dewalt tool set in case it was needed. Polite notes on everything too. I’m not sure how to word this so I’ll just say it. Not uppity, just perfect! We loved it and had a great vacation!! Thanks JBG.

The house was perfect for our needs. Was able to see a beautiful starry night from the upstairs balcony. Coffee and wine there is a must! Beds were comfortable and house was spotless! Loved sitting on the bench to watch the trains ckme through and was able to take some great shots of it. Peaceful and quiet! Easy drive down to Durango and also up 550. Would absolutely book again!

The house was lovely But during the summer, early June, it was very very hot with no air conditioning in the main house. They should add some AC or an attic fan to suck out the very hot air in the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep.

We liked the location, having the RR passing behind the unit and its proximity to downtown Durango and grocery stores. Beds were comfortable, towels and toiletries were good quality, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals and the gas grill worked well. Neighborhood is quiet. We drove to Ouray one day and the drive is worth it. The Durango Hot Springs were relaxing. Mesa Verde National Park is worth seeing. If you want to do the dwelling tour, you need to get on the website and figure out the ticketing. They get snapped up quickly. Marias's Bookstore in Durango is a great independent book shop. Not realizing there was no AC except for one bedroom, we used every fan. The days got pretty warm.
