So, the property was fine, the room needs updating. No cleaning supplies, no trash bags, the sofa and chairs need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. The bedroom was great as was the bathroom. No where to sit and have a meal. We thought about going outside but too hot. I feel this is a great place to stay for a day or two but not more than that. It would have been nicer with more thought to people wanting to stay indoors and visit. The location was great and the wineries were awesome. The directions were a bit off but we found it after a bit of searching. Anyway, I’d stay here again but just a night or two but no more. The price was right and again a good place to just get away. Thank you Greg Oballe

We loved the cabin and it's rustic vibe. Loved having the fireplace and being on property with a winery. Perfect for our stay with a small dog.

We liked the quiet area and how quiet the cabin was at night. We did not like the lack of outdoor lighting at night. The pathways were dark and dangerous. There was a lack of communication as to how staying on the premises worked. We had no idea that there was no onsite management.

The location was not within walking distance to Fredericksburg but there was a brewery and three wineries on the property. Two of which served wonderful food. Would enjoy staying there again…

Have stayed in VRBO rentals many times and this was the worst. I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, but I knew we were going to have problems from the beginning........Property address the management company sent in a text was incorrect. Dusty corners and needs a deep clean and update. Owner certainly cut corners with this accommodation. Broken window was taped and bugs in shower every morning. No wifi for the entire stay and no one attempted to fix the issue. As an old rustic cabin it was acceptable, but owners need to take care of these details.Would not recommend.......

I had a great time staying at this suite over the weekend. The room was spotless, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I didn’t run into any issues during my stay. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Fredericksburg. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The cottage was darling…..very clean and accommodating. If I had any comments it would be to set up real TV access instead of ROKU and buy a new comfortable couch to sit on. Bed was very comfortable and linens were awesome! Overall we liked it.

It was a nice little cabin but I think they just re used pictures from one of the others on property. The address was not accurate and we had a hard time finding it since fiesta winery has moved. Overall it was cute and comfortable but a little different then advertised. If its a chilly weekend bring blankets as there is only one on the bed and i needed more but none were available

The room was very nice & cozy. Bed was comfortable & amenities were sufficient. A couple things I was disappointed with. Room says it’s a bed & breakfast. There is a book inside that says pastries, juice, & water provided. However, this was not the case. When we reached out to support, we were told these amenities were not provided. At the very least, water should be provided for the coffee maker. Also, the Property needs to be treated for mosquitos. I understand being in the country, bugs are expected. But the mosquitos were TERRIBLE! Even in our room.

Loved the location after finding it. Close to town and wineries. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a few days since it lacks a food prep area. The room was nice and cool but front room needs updating. The bedroom and bathroom was awesome but the bed is a little soft for me but comfortable enough. Really enjoyed my stay and may plan a different room in the future

The Champagne Room is a hidden gem. The location just outside of town made it easy to get to wineries, breweries, restaurants, shops, and parks. A great place to stay for anyone looking to be out and about during the day, and return for a restful sleep at night.

Champagne Room was nice for a couple for a weekend. Pretty property, nice looking building. Has a nice living area, bedroom and bathroom, small fridge, TV and coffee maker. Wifi worked well. There is a nice, shaded common area just outside to sit with a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. On property and just a few steps from your door are two tasting rooms and a retail shop. Location is good, just outside of town and very near several wineries. It was difficult to access the door when coming and going due to a 10 digit code door lock that must be entered quickly, but not too quickly to work.
