Both rooms share a large full bath with shower overlooking the pool. The first level boasts four bedrooms including two master bedrooms. The first master has a king bed, flat screen TV, and large private bath. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and large private bath with tub. Both bedrooms share access to a deck that faces the sound, overlooking the pool deck. Two more bedrooms located on this level feature queen size beds, flat screen TVs, and share a large bath with shower. The last master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub, is located on the top level – the heartbeat of the house. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a 10-person executive-style dining set as well as a convenient bathroom. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Pros, well stocked kitchen, pool, pool table,and video games, lots of bedrooms so everyone had space Cons, there are alot of stairs, that being said the elderly people in our group didnt venture upstairs a whole lot. The only other problem we occurred were the fuses to the microwave blew a few times we were there which meant a trip to the basement to flip the breaker not horrible but a little inconvenient.
This property was just the right size for my friends and family. Close to the sound and short walk to the ocean. It was awesome to have the pool. Loved this location and this rental property.
I booked this vacation rental looking forward to spend time with my family traveling from multiple states. However, when we each arrived we had the same response. Very dirty. Not the home depicted in the photos. Stove in kitchen inside window was broken. Screen on sliding door ripped. Furniture falling apart almost every time you moved a chair you had to reassemble it. This homes beds were just springs with a cover. The stairs to the entry were loose and dangerous. Holes in the walls. And the kicker was the amount of black mold and condensation on the ceiling vents and recessed light fixtures from a c unit air handler in attic area was unhealthy. This management company or owner should really consider updating all the furniture within and outside the home. Broken wicker chairs outside. 15 to 20 year old furniture with deprecated cushions. This is one place that is not recommended and the best feedback I can give is that the pool. Just the pool was clean. The pool area fence and landscape was severely lacking. I wanted a wonderful experience in a beautifully depicted home. And we were all highly disappointed from the years of filth to the depleted condition. I would never recommend this place. There should be laws against the deceiving renters in this way. People want a nice experience. They don't want to arrive and be quickly put into cleaning mode because it is that filthy.
First day the cleaning and other things were not done. Didn't have use of the hot tub at all why because it was broken. Promises all week and still nothing. Septic backed up everywhere and pipes were leaking all over the place. I do have to say though the company that manages the property did everything in their power to fix everything. We were the first to rent of the season. All the unforeseen that could happen happened. Beautiful area and I'm sure though for the next people it'll be done right. Made for a stressful vacation but we made the best of it.
