Everything was in good condition and comfortable. Plenty of seating, a warm fire, and kitchen was well stocked.

We enjoyed playing games and watching football with the cozy fireplace on the chilly nights.

We loved this house! The 3 masters were wonderful. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Plenty of closet/dresser storage in every room. Large deck and lovely hottub. Host response time was always very quick.

We enjoyed the hottub and the Sun River amenities. We appreciated that our small dog could be part of the family reunion because the house is pet friendly!

You will have everything you need in the kitchen and there is a second refrigerator in the garage. The beds were super comfy which is not usually the case. The furniture in the great room was great with power foot rests. Great air conditioning. The single level was a plus. Finally, the hosts were quick on the response when I had a question about when the trash pick up was.

Loved the location of this home! Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our 3 families and we really enjoyed gathering in the great room and large kitchen/dining area. Everything was clean and updated and there were more bikes than were listed in the description. Great stay!

We enjoyed having our family meals at the large dining room table. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of appliances. The house was clean, comfortable and had a great open concept and single-level layout. We enjoyed our stay!

The layout of this home was perfect for two families. Both adult couples had king bedrooms and baths and the kids occupied the bedrooms at the other end of the house. The single floor plan was great for the toddler. We enjoyed the large living room area and the large dining table. A huge benefit was the use of the garage as it snowed and we did not have to scrape car windows. We would definitely book this property again!

House was clean and well stocked. Having the bikes to use was wonderful. Sharc passes rounded things out perfectly.

The house was nicely cleaned, bright, fresh and in quite good shape. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and accommodating. It was very well stocked as far as kitchen supplies, extra linens, clean barbecue, nice bikes and even a bike trailer. The Sharq passes were an added bonus! Only concern was that the thermostat would not allow one to set the air conditioning below 72 degrees. It was quite hot and made sleeping at night less comfortable. Not sure what was going on with that. Should have taken the time to call Sunset properties to inquire about it. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely rent this lovely house again!
