Dog Friendly Retreat with Large Fenced in Back Yard

Me and my friends from Virginia Tech stayed at this house for our fall break! It was perfect, the house accommodated all of us and had everything we needed for a great break from school. There were enough beds for all of us, and some of the group even fell asleep on the couch after our beach trip. Great location, in the middle of everything which is perfect, but far enough away to have the night to ourselves once we're done.

From the moment we walked inside, we all exhaled the problems of the world and felt excited just to be. The house is breathtakingly beautiful. Both the front and back patios offered peaceful spaces to relax and unwind. We spent plenty of time in the rocking chairs and patio furniture. Our group included 2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and 2 young boys. Every one of us enjoyed the space. The layout was beautiful, everything was clean, and the whole home just felt good. Each room had their own smart tv. Everyone could watch what they wanted. The décor was simple yet perfect. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. We cooked every day, usually twice, and found every gadget and supply we could possibly need. The hosts also provided beach towels, games for all ages, and an impressive variety of beach supplies stored downstairs. They truly didn’t miss a beat. And when the two teenagers say they had a good time and enjoyed the space - you know that’s saying something! We truly loved everything about it. Check-In (and check out) was so easy! Thank you so much for hosting us.

We loved our time together in this beautiful home. Dog friendly, comfortable environment and amenities. Thank you for sharing your vacation home and allowing pets. It allowed us to truly relax and not worry about our pets.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Seas and Degrees. The location is terrific with an easy .5 mile walk to the beach and just a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. We plan to return for sure.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and spacious with lots of parking room. We rented a golf cart and it fit perfectly in the driveway with our 3 cars. Our dogs loved the back yard and porch. It was very safe and shaded to keep them outside for a while. We loved sitting on the back porch after a long day at the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at OKI’s Beach House Seas and Degrees! The long driveway was a nice feature as we had plenty of room for parking. We had our daughter’s little pug with us and we were so grateful for the fenced in backyard that kept her safe and secure. The house itself was beautifully decorated with plenty of natural light, a comfy couch, spacious kitchen great for preparing meals, and cozy reading area! The bedrooms offered lamps perfect for nighttime reading and comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep after days in the sun! We were impressed by a visiting representative from I-Trip as we were checking in and she offered us a “Goodie Bag” of things we could use during our stay. We all enjoyed a taste of the delicious granola that was included! We hope to enjoy many more stays to come at this spacious and beautiful home!

The house was just as shown. Plenty of space for a small family. Kitchen and living area were well appointed and bedroom furniture was right sized. We loved both the front and back decks with gates to protect our furry baby and fans to give us a breeze. He also enjoyed the fenced in yard with lots of trees. This was one of our most enjoyable stays on OKI and a big part was the comfort of this vacation home.

So very nice to go to a large, super clean home on vacay! So organized and roomy! Best floor plan and the kitchen is awesome! Favorite part of the home was the back porch. Nice breeze every afternoon for laid back place to read and relax. Fun book selection too. Pirate stories! Will definitely book this home again. Did I mention the bag left for us? Best local homemade granola ❤️

We recently stayed in the Seas and Degrees home, and I must say, it was probably one of our best vacations. The layout, accessiblity to the beach and ocean, the fenced in yard, it was worth it all! The home has a great layout, and any family will enjoy the double porches, one on the front, and one on the back. Also, there is covered area underneath the house as well. This worked out well for our two dogs, and watching them inside the fenced area. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should, and all the essentials from bath to kitchen were accessible. The quick access to the beach was ideal, without paying premium for ocean front. I would definitely stay here again!
