Dog-Friendly Retreat w/ Heated Pool, Kayaks, Game Room & More!

The huge house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, was immaculate upon check-in. The touchpad on the front door lock is very finicky. Typing in the 10 digit code too fast or slow will not let you in. It is a very safe neighborhood, and we felt very comfortable walking in the area every morning and evening. A law enforcement officer resides next door. Walmart and Publix are conveniently located less than a 10 minute drive. Beaches are about a 20 min drive. The on-site pool was very clean and faces a private back yard which boarders a small pond. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything need for meal prep. A great military museum with flight simulators and is located adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf, with its many dining options, in downtown Punta Gorda. Trying to reach a real person at property management proved to be problematic. The icemaker in the freezer was inoperative ,and I never could get anyone to tell about the problem.

House was great, had to leave early do to all getting flu on day one. We didn't by the insurance so was told no refund even though we were not there for 3 of the days. Understand that but dissapointed.

What’s not to love about this beautiful house? This was our 3rd time staying at this house. It has all the amenities you could possibly need and it has a great layout for a family vacation. The lanai and swimming pool are connected with separate enclosures perfect for the safety of small children. This gorgeous house is located close to so much beautiful scenery, live entertainment, Fisherman’s Village, and 20-45 minutes from several beaches. Thank you to the homeowners and the cleaning staff.

The house is beautiful, big, well-appointed. Everything in the description is true. A little pricey but well worth it. If we ever have to be in Punta Gorda/post charlotte again we will definitely stay there.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house. The peacefulness of the lake on that corner lot is amazing. The pool is fantastic, and gorgeous at night!! This house is perfect if you have a large family. Well equipped kitchen with wine bar. There are two living rooms and plenty of room to spread out. We absolutely love this house!!
