Dog-Friendly, Remodeled Home w/Large Patio, Private Pool, Fenced Yard, Gas Grill

Everything was great only wish there was maybe a tea pot kettle and a spatula. Everything else was fantastic

Clean, quiet, pet-friendly, Mountain View. Suggest more saucepans in kitchen for cooking meals. A few more cleaning products and dish towels would also be helpful. Great stay.

We didn't have Internet for 6 days of our stay. We were promised refunds for the inconvenience and they never came. The floors were filthy. I was also promised a refund I never received. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a leak.

House is comfortable with great Mountain View’s and shopping, and parks are close. We didn’t get to use the pool as to cold in October/Nov to swim. Super quiet neighborhood. I would rent the house again just because there is a lot of space. It would have been nice to see a few board games to play in the evening but we settled for tv or playing on our tablets.

We only used the master suite, but the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Open concept with kitchen, dinning and living room all together.

Convenient and lots of room to move around the house

The home was nicely equipped and worked our great for our team.

The house is very spacious with privacy for bedrooms. Everything is clean, though pretty sparsely/simply decorated if that matters to anyone. Two complaints: - There is a fan over the top bunk. My kid almost put his head into it climbing up (the fan was on when we arrived). The bed needs to be moved or the fan removed. - You need to notify them 72-hours before arriving to have the pool heated. This was not in the listing description when I booked so we were unable to use the pool. My kids were VERY disappointed. I mean, this is a big reason we picked this house! The listing has since been updated after I complained to Vacasa. Location is reasonable and very quiet.

The inside of the house was admittedly very clean. But that is the only thing positive I can say. The furniture inside/outside is very stained and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The grill is DISGUSTING. The TVs in the bedrooms wouldnt connect to the Wifi, although the option was there. The sliding back door does not lock! We had to put a stick in the groove to feel safe. Now the most disturbing part for me was OUTSIDE. The backyard was completely over grown with weeds. I sent pictures to Vacasa and asked when someone could come out to clean the yard. They got back to me the next day and told me they are not contracted for landscaping. I asked them who should i contact. They wouldn't tell me. I asked them who to contact to clean the pool. I received a snarky remark and they asked for pictures of the dirty pool. As if they didn't believe me. I sent the pictures. At least they sent someone to clean the pool. But the pool needs maintenance. The bottom of the pool is peeling and looks ugly. Its VERY uninviting. My family and I got up at 5am to pull the weeds since its summertime in AZ. We had no choice since we received no help or suggestions from anyone with a solution that we rented from. Lo and behold, there was a small beehive under the wicker patio table. BE CAREFUL with that. We carefully moved the table to the side of the house. I still cannot believe no one was stung. The neighbors stare at you & we were quiet guests. Very disappointing. I do not suggest.
