Stayed Sep 21, 2025We loved the house and neighborhood. Just a heads up to those staying on the ground level, you can hear people moving on the second floor. We were actually woken up at 2a.m because someone upstairs decided to have a mini party. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. However, it was a bit dirty on the bottom. I understand that the trees around it drops leaves, but the stuff on the bottom had been there a while. And the hot tub had sand in it, but it was still enjoyable.Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025Check in was easy. If there is people staying in the top part of the duplex good luck trying to get sleep because it will sound like a heard of buffalos stomping around up there. If there is people staying in the top would be nice to know if there is going to be. The pool wasn't cleaned the people in the top of the duplex called 3 times about it and I called once and they said they would have someone come out and clean it never happened the bottom of the duplex flooded due to a failed French drain so before you get it make sure the French drain is fixed if not it will flood be prepared.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024The property was in need of some repair. The bathroom ceiling Sheetrock was peeling from ceiling. I’m assuming there was a leak from upstairs unit and repairs to downstairs unit was not completed. In a previous review black mold was mentioned in the ceiling in living room/kitchen and that was not removed. They tried to cover it up . The pool and hot tub were pretty but the hot tub had a waterfall into the pool and both the pool and hot tub were hotter than air temp. I was there in aug so the pool was not refreshing. The hot tub jets were very weak we ended up not using either the pool or the hot tub. Kitchen had pots and pans that definitely needed to be replaced. One nonstick fry pan was soo burnt you couldn’t use it.! On the positive side the king bed was very comfortable

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Checked in Saturday. It rained on Sunday, and we had multiple flooding issues. We contacted Beach Ball Properties to let them know about the flood, and asked to get the pool cleaned because water was running into the pool during the down pour. 2 maintenance guys came out and said it floods when it rains. Additionally ,we sent Beach Ball videos pictures of the flood as well as the green pool (we sent daily pictures of the pool!) There was a river running from the living room to the kitchen. The water also started seeping into the bedroom during the flood. We specifically chose this property for the backyard and pool and usage of the pool. The following day it was more green, and not usable until Thursday, we called every day and so did the upstairs tenantsAlso the yard had old pool toy and trash scattered around. It was a very disappointing experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cute little place and loved the pool. There are little things I think that need to be provided for guests for paying that much to stay. I think more than one roll of toilet paper and paper towels should be provided. The ceiling above the shower needs to be repaired before mold starts growing and the hot tub needs to be cleaned and scrubbed. Other than that we had a great time and it's nice place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second time staying at Sandy Salty bottom. The first time was great.! This time the washer didn't work,there was trash all over area around pool,the patio had old floats and other trash, shower curtain falling apart, ceiling was leaking. I called office and housekeeping came and picked up around pool. Never did fix washer. We did enjoy pool after someone came to clean it
