Fall head over heels for the Oregon Coast with this gorgeous Oceanside vacation rental! With ocean views and a private hot tub, this home is dreamy any time of year! Just a few minutes' drive from the beach, you can spend the whole day soaking up the sun or staying active in the water without heading too far from home. Countless state parks, beaches, lookout points, and forests surround this beautiful area, so there's always something to choose from, like hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, or even whale watching! Don't forget about all the seafood, bars, and shopping options. And you can always head out on a day trip to the other coastal towns of Rockaway Beach or Lincoln City.
You'll be impressed as soon as you walk in - huge bay windows line the wall with spectacular ocean views, and the high wood-paneled ceilings of the great room and kitchen provide plenty of space and natural lighting. Centered around the brick fireplace, the living area has a comfortable couch and armchair where you can snuggle up and stream Netflix or enjoy your favorite DVD on the giant TV. The dining table extends and has room for up to six people, and the cook will love the full kitchen with beautiful views, cookware, and a dishwasher to clean it all up at the end.
Perhaps the most exciting part of this home is the enormous deck that wraps around the backside of the house. During the busy summer, it is common to witness hang-gliders near the skyline! There's even a gas grill on the deck through the sliding glass door of the living area, so you can whip up some BBQ for your crew. With a private washer/dryer, everyone can pack light. Plus, this home welcomes up to two dogs (though please note a nightly fee applies)
You'll sink right into the seaside state of mind!

House was well-appointed (kitchen gear, extra blankets, etc), had an amazing view, and was tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood. The hot tub and house were warm and welcoming when we arrived. While we only had 3 people and were totally comfy, the house sleeps 6 and we all agreed it would have been pretty tight if we'd had more than 4 people. This is based solely on the living room furniture layout. But, overall, it was great for us. The hottub is large, we really appreciated the extra towels by the backdoor.
This house is not as pictured . It is old, needs updated and not Oceanside. The AC barely works; the BBQ did not work, needs propane, no deck furniture at all; the master bed is shot, the mattress & box slope toward the middle severely so they tossed memory foam over it; I would have tossed the sheets 3-5 yrs ago they were so thin with nobs all over them, no closet bedroom so not actually a bedroom. All the shrubbery needs cut down so that there MIGHT be a view!! It is extremely small! Reserve with caution!! We stayed 4 nights & was over $2,000. Certainly not worth it
This place has a wonderful layout. My two sisters and I stayed here and we all loved the view. I loved the hot tub which is very private. However, the kitchen floor and carpet were dirty and the carpet was ripped up and destroyed at the entrances to all of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were immaculate though and very conducive to two of us sharing one of them.
We loved the home.
The roof has 3 leaks, but looks like there could be more when it’s raining more consistently. Two of the leaks were right over the couch so we couldn’t sit on it. When I texted the customer service number about it, after a series of automated responses, they said it was well documented and they’ll be in touch. The leaks were not disclosed in the listing or any recent reviews and were a bummer. We were also there during the recent wind storm and didn’t have power for the last day and a half. Because there is no cell service, it’s worth being aware of the possibility of an outage with no connectivity. Luckily we brought a bunch of firewood and flashlights and even brought a camp stove by random chance, so we stayed for our full booking. Our food in the fridge and freezer went bad, however. Other than that stuff, the hot tub was great when there was power, and the house is cozy. The view from the bay windows is lovely. I just wish I knew about the roof leak, and because Vacasa is a big company, the automated responses and lack of acknowledgment about the still ongoing power outage when we were finally able to check out when we got to cell service gives me pause. I doubt there is an actual human being that is aware of the situation and will warn/refund the next renters.
We enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the stars were out while we relaxed in the hot tub. The wifi worked great, but as mentioned in the description there is little to no cell service. The property needs some updating, the carpet is really old and stained. I was glad I had packed slippers. Also, there are two coffee makers, lots of tea but no coffee for those who arrive late and want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. There is no outside lighting near the hot tub which is down a few stairs, so couldbe a accident waiting to happen. There are flood lights outside but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and they do not seem to be motion activated. The toilet in the master needs to be repaired as it runs constantly. Thank you for hosting. If the owner does a few updates, we would definitely return.
There was no key in the lock box when we arrived at the home. We had to stay on hold when we called the Vacasa line but eventually the maintenance man called me and showed up later with a new door knob to change it out. This added an hour to getting in but at least he was there to help.
Nice view from the deck, very comfortable home.
Nice home in a great location for easy access to Oceanside, Netarts, and Tillamook. Our family enjoyed the hot tub almost daily. Home had almost everything we needed, including a k-cup maker…but was missing didn’t have a pack-n-play and high chair.
We loved staying here. Nice accommodations. The hot tub was amazing!!!!
