Dog-Friendly House w/ Private W/D, Private Hot Tub, Free WiFi

The location and layout were great. The house itself had fleas and cockroaches and the property management company knew about it before we came but didn’t inform us. They also didn’t resolve the issue until a lot of time was put into it by me and VRBO. I wouldn’t trust to stay with Vacasa again.

Great house in a great location. You get a hint of ocean view on one side of the top deck and a pretty decent sunset view on the other side. Plenty of bathrooms and space for our family of 7. Saw a free tiny ants near the sink, but nothing crazy. Probably the best equipped kitchen of any vrbo I've used. They had ever kitchen utensil I could want.

Great location, very close to beach, lots of room for our two families and two dogs and had most of things we needed in the kitchen. Woke up to a lot of ants in the bathroom but rental agency was very responsive. Would be nice if the rental included coffee filters for coffee maker. We brought some but had the wrong type.

The house was just what we needed! The beds are a little smaller than expected, but if I had read more closely when booking I would have noticed the sizes. We loved the nook upstairs and the stained glass windows. Kitchen is clean and pretty well stocked with whatever you may need to cook. There did appear to be an ant problem, but only on top of the fridge. Beach access is close-the closest access is very steep, but luckily there are more access points just a little further down the street that aren’t as steep. There’s a little backyard space perfect for walking your dog if you brought them. Hot tub was lovely to relax in each night. Something to be aware of-this rental is through Vacasa, which wasn’t the best experience. They expected me to do the brunt of cleaning before departing, which felt wrong considering there’s a cleaning fee when booking. They also didn’t wait for us to leave the house before sending over someone to clean the hot tub. It was very startling to look outside the bedroom and see someone I didn’t know on the deck right there, and we were then blocked in by their vehicle. It was a bummer to end vacation on such a note.

This was the perfect little getaway for my family. Very nice and quiet area. The house was great from cleanliness well equipped with towels linen etc. Very close walking distance to the beach as well. 10/10 recommend and will definitely book again in the future!

House was very clean upon arrival. It is right by beach and can walk there. The area is a more secluded part of outer banks.

Less than 5 min from the beach!

Positives: Location is great, house was as described and clean. Negatives: Beds are very firm, we could not check in until 5PM. All in all this is a great place and I would recommend.

It was pet friendly, was the main reason, but once arrived, found the location very nice and house was nice. Would recommend to friends and family.

I don't normally write reviews. This house was simply wonderful for our family. The house was clean, simple check in and check out instructions. We were on a very nice street with the beach within walking distance. There are local shops and restaurants near by. We just simply loved our vacation there. The only thing I would ask to change would be to put out enough toilet paper for a family of 7. As side from that minor detail, it was just wonderful! :)
