Absolutely stunning from top-to-bottom, this wooded retreat will give you that sweet seclusion and fresh air while still having all of the modern comforts your family needs on a memorable vacation to Beech Mountain. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a fun patio area that is at the start of the entryway that leads to the front door. The main floor opens up to tall ceilings, stylish furnishings, cowhide accents, and a gorgeous full kitchen that will beckon the chef of the group in no time to show off their skills. Winter evenings can be spent kicking back on the leather sofas while a movie plays and the fire roars, yet summer evenings offer wonderful sunsets that can be seen from the two spacious decks. Plus, the whole gang can spread out with ease, as some will love spending time upstairs while others can head down to the lower level boasting a game room complete with a media center, ping-pong/pool table, and a piano for the musically-inclined guests. Don't forget to take advantage of the fenced backyard as well because the dogs will love running around as you gather around the firepit! And due to this property's elevation, you and your guests will experience a breathtaking four-state view that includes Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina!

We had a wonderful weekend and the house was perfect.
Spacious cabin with a fully dog-proof fence and great views. We had a wonderful trip with our family - grandparents & grandkids. Would highly recommend.
This is a beautiful home with a view off of the back porch is heavenly. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The basement had a pool table which converted into a ping pong table. Loved it!
The house is super cozy, well equipped and the views are stunning. This was our third stay and would highly recommend. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need and the fenced in yard for the dog is priceless. We loved the pool table with ping pong option. Book this home before it’s gone. It books up quick.
We showed up at our original rental on the mountain at 5 pm to find that a water pipe had burst the night before. I reached out to Vacasa, and within 45 minutes, they had an alternate rental available, which was a significant upgrade at no additional cost. Vacasa helped prevent a family vacation disaster, and I will use them again. This specific Beech Mountain rental was gorgeous, roomy, and in an excellent location. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a week on the mountain.
Location was awesome. Just a few miles to the entrance of beech mountain. House was well equipped with fun games, pool, ping ping, etc. Everything worked perfectly in the house and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend and we will stay here again in the future,
This home was perfect for our ski trip to Beech Mountain! Location was perfect…opposite direction of everyone else trying to get to the mountain! 4WD was a must as the day we got there it was snowy. Previous reviews talked about cleanliness-they fixed that cuz the place was super clean! Other reviews talked about stairs in the home-they weren’t a problem for us but there are pie shaped steps down to the game room/LL bedrooms. The view is spectacular-pictures can’t capture the beauty. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Bring food/snacks with you. This is definitely a mountain home. The sweet little general store ran out of some supplies (all dairy) when we stopped by the first night. Love this home-would definitely recommend it!!!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend a month in Beech Mountain. The inside was spacious and perfectly decorated. The view from the deck was breathtaking! VACASA was very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely return to Sit.Stay.Play again.
Our family of four plus two friends absolutely loved this house! Only four minutes to Beech Mountain ski resort, the view was breathtaking (both inside and outside of this house!) We felt like we were visiting with friends, the house is so comfortable and beautifully put together. Plenty of space for everyone to have a great time and sleep comfortably. We cooked all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen (except it could use some more silverware) and enjoyed every moment in this home. We can’t wait to come back!
This house is so beautiful. The view and the furnishings are superb. The kitchen has all the small appliances you need and spices galore, although there’s not enough dishes and silverware for 9 people. We were a party of four, so it was fine. We loved the fenced in back yard for the dog and kids. The pool table was great and in new condition. The downstairs fireplace was leaking gas so we shut off the valve and it was never fixed during our week long stay. The cleanliness earned a one star rating. There was dog hair everywhere - on the rugs and on the floors. Every piece of bedding had dog hair on it - sheets, pillows, comforters. Thankfully I brought quilts and laundry detergent from home. I had to wash all of the sheets before we went to bed the first night and detergent wasn’t provided. The oven was disturbingly dirty. The stackable washer and dryer are undersized and underperforms for a luxury home such as this. We have stayed in Vacasa properties in the past so all of this was unexpected. They did nothing to make it right, which is also unusual. Overall, I love the house so much that I will make sure to bring a vacuum and all the gear to properly clean it next time.
