Dog-friendly home with wood-burning fireplace, central AC, WiFi, & pool access

I was really looking forward to spending time at this rental along with family for Thanksgiving weekend. Driving up to the house, it was dark and we couldn’t see the address on the house until you pulled into the driveway using our lights. The grounds were heavily covered with leaves including the front steps leading up to the door. Upon entering the house there was a strong smell of mold and dust. The entrance door looked as if it was kicked in and they tried to replace the locks several times. The walls were covered in cobwebs and dirt. The coat closet lived a huge spider with cobwebs in the corner. The baseboards had at least two inches of dust and dirt on it. The refrigerator was white and extremely dirty. I took pictures of everything I’m describing. I felt I needed to bleach the refrigerator and microwave before using them. The rooms upstairs were low dimmed and not brightly lit. Again spider webs covered the ceiling leading up to the bedrooms. The main bathroom’s sink hopper was broken, the tv remote did not work but had batteries. The second bedroom tv did not work and did not have a remote control. The third bedroom looked like a horror movie the sheets and comforter were extremely dingy and dirty. The back door patio latch was broken with a hole in the bottom of the screen. We had to wash the sheets and comforter in the main bedroom before we laid head to pillow. We left early. Refund has been confirmed. They could not move us to another location. DO NOT RENT

Even though it was not clean, it was ok until we came back to door unlocked. We were told property caretaker came in for recycling. But recycling was not taken out. Then told door was accidentally opened and didn’t realize property was occupied even though coolers, crab traps and car carry ons were on porch. Never got the truth to why someone was in house and left door unlocked. Vacasa the property caretakers we’re rude and dismissive and lied.

Close to ocean city. Fence in back yard for pets. Enclosed back porch. Washer needs looked at works half the time. You can't do any large loads small or med. We all enjoy our stay.....

This was a great place! We loved the fenced in yard for our Asher to enjoy. Lots of room for us and our friends. Close to everything we wanted to do but was not in the busy downtown area. We will be back again when we are in the area again.

Home is small but very comfy! The AC will blow you out of there but it was our best love ! The screened patio is cozy and allows for everyone to interact with the outdoor pest. Our only negative was the cable is difficult to operate. There are three remotes for the family room TV! All other TV’s have two remotes each! SIMPLIFY.

Convenient and lots of space. Great place to stay for Seagull Century bike ride.

House was nice. Needs a good cleaning. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Walls were filthy. Paid $175 extra for dog fee. Other sites say no pet fee. All the televisions on the second floor did not work. Called and had someone look at them and said that they would take care of the situation. NOT! Roaches on both floors. We left early!

Great neighborhood, house is great with couple minor flaws. Front steps are slippery when wet and downstairs floor needs attention but rest of the house was very well kept and up to par for price. Will most likely return in the future

Nice property - ample amount of room for two families with kids. It was lovely place to stay. Only downfall - cleanliness at first glanced seemed fine then noticed cobwebs hanging from kitchen ceiling and living room wall.
