The Space:

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom, two-story home is located on a quiet street in North Ocean Pines, close to the fantastic family playgrounds at White Horse Park and Huntington Park. The Ocean Pines Community Center is less than a mile away, where you'll find all sorts of community events, from the excellent farmers market to Monday night movies in the park. As you arrive, you'll find a home that's particularly suited for dog owners, with a fenced yard allowing your dogs to get plenty of exercise (and Huntington Park offering great open space as well). Enjoy grilling on the screened porch, relaxing in the sunroom, and preparing meals in a kitchen that's well-equipped for all types of cooking and baking. When you're not out exploring Ocean City just a short drive over the bay, you'll have additional amenities that include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. RESORT AMENITIES Pool THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed. The futon in the sunroom provides an extra sleeping space. Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool.
