Dog-friendly home with private pool & spa, near shops & dining - 3BR - 066318

We stayed in La Quinta for a long weekend and enjoyed the place for being very close to La Quinta downtown with lots of cute restaurants and shops. Also, the house was only a few blocks from a beautiful hiking trail along the mountains, great for walking the dog, or biking. The house was very spacious, clean and has a nice pool and hot tub (which was not heated but can be heated for a fee during winter time).

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The pool was beautiful when it was clean. There were some mosquitoes probably from the standing water by the plants. Overall however I would say this is a perfect house for a getaway.

Home was comfortable when we could use everything

Nice place, clean. Adequate kitchen dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods. Check in was ok but hard to find the house number in the dark and slightly tricky to find the key lock box in the dark. Lighting of address on house would have been very helpful. The pool at this time of year was not useful and we declined to pay the exorbitant amount to heat the jacuzzi for 3 days. Difficult to get the tv working. instructions in the manual were not very helpful.

3rd time there and had messaged them about 2 weeks straight to make sure pool and house was good after Hiliary Storm and was assured everything was ok and got there and the pool (I had been told by customer service was good) got there and it was very dirty

The house was amazing. Beautiful, clean very family friendly. I will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it. Perfect weekend getaway.

Very busy street is the only problem with this house

This property is lovely. It is not fancy and modern, but very clean and provided us with everything we needed.

Beautiful house, so spacious and very clean inside. So impressed with how well stocked it was with towels, soap, utensils etc. Only slight negative feedback is that the garden area could do with a little tidy, and pool (although clean enough to use) could do with a scrub. But overall, a wonderful stay. Very happy and would definitely come again!

The house needs a maintenance. Everything is very outdated, our AC didn't work during the whole stay, and everything we called them about they wanted to send a technician in to fix. Who wants to have a tech interrupting their vacation? The pool is EXTREMELY small, do not let the pictures fool you. The livingroom tv isn't a smsrt tv so we couldn't have a decent movie night to stream movies. The rooms were clean, except a couple of dead bugs and a live lizard. The kitchen sink had brown tiny insects running around. Overall GREAT customer service from vacasa but the house couldve been wayyy better

House was fine. Tidy but Needs dusting. Many wood shades with dust. We did not use the pool. It was too cool out and the $75 daily charge to heat wasn’t something we wanted to pay. We were happy to have the space and bedrooms but not please that the residence was on a very busy road with high speed traffic. Vacasa is pleasant to work with. I will double check traffic location next time we travel.
