Stayed Mar 1, 2025Enjoyed the pool area, the grill, outdoor seating for entertaining. Quiet neighborhood overall, however a lot of new housing construction that was intermittently noisy during the day. Comfortable inside, however the lighting available was too bright; no ambiance available with lamps or dimmers. Two mishaps occurred, one with the ice maker in fridge malfunctioning, and the second being no water available due to a tank/pump/pipe issue. In both instances, the property manager was available immediately, even on her day off, so as to assist in the best possible outcome for my stay. Much appreciated, and I was reimbursed when trip had to be cut short as water issue could not be repaired in time. On the lighter side, one of my guests did stumble upon a long ago partially buried plastic skeleton in the backyard brush along pool area. Equipped with Captain Morgan bottles. That was funny and unexpected.
