Stayed Apr 3, 2025The house was perfect in a darling group of cottages easy to get to everything. The owners provided all the little details you need, especially in the kitchen if you plan on cooking your meals. Plenty of pans and cooking utensils. The yard of the bank is fenced and great for dogs and we walked to the beach easily and the pool is steps away for non-beach times. Would love to stay here again. There is zero downside to the property itself, this is the second time I’ve had issues with this particular property management company. Nothing that ruined our stay, just frustrating because they are not local, in fact goes through a call center and any issues take time. Do not let the property management keep you from enjoying this jewel of a place!

Stayed Jul 23, 2024We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was nice and clean with very nice amenities. The pool was nice and clean as well and heated which we loved. The area was perfect. It’s nice and quiet and close to everything on 30A. The access to the beach was not far at all. We enjoyed the back deck area it was so beautiful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the games they have at the house. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend It.

Stayed Apr 15, 2023Everything was very good. Clean, nice furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. This is set back from 30A so it was very quiet. Nice pool and the cleanest pool we have ever seen. Highly recommended.
