Dog-friendly home with pool, hot tub, ocean & sound views, & central AC

Loved the location and our overall experience. There was a few things that could have been better. For example there was black mold on a few of the shower curtains. Other than that it was an exceptional experience.

The layout of the house is perfect. Every bedroom has a connecting bathroom, which allows for great privacy. All the rooms had balconies with seating (the second floor had the most comfortable cushions). Upstairs balcony had a lovely outdoor seating arrangement that was great for watching the sunsets over the Sound. The living room had a large sectional that made game nights comfortable. My only criticism is that the oven doesn't work. We couldn't get the temperature above 350 degrees and there's no timer. The oven needs to be replaced.

The pool and hot tub were awesome. The elevator made it easier for the older members of our family to enjoy all three floors. Easy access to the beach and local amenities.

Hot tub didn’t have working lights, more trash bags. Those were our only complaints, otherwise it was Ana amazing 4 day stay! They could have a little later check out or earlier check in.

The house was well laid out and convenient to the beach.

Not clean at all!!! Would like to prevent someone else from spending their hard earned money on this place. Sent multiple pictures of deck boards that are coming off, urine stained sheets, inches of dust on vents, smelled stale and unclean; project manager basically told me that my concerns were minor. Had a cleaning crew over that night but honestly they couldn’t fix all that was wrong there. The linens were provided however the comforter was so thin you might as well have had two sheets. The dryer requires two cycles to dry your clothes and the refrigerator conked out on us and no one came out until the next day. Grills were left uncovered and griddle unclean. Pool table sticks are also useless. I hope that they make some changes before renting this out to anyone else. The only benefit was the proximity to the beach.

This property is great for a large group. There was enough space for the family to be together, yet space for private time as well. The pool and hot tub were put to good use and were very clean. Being able to sit on the top deck at night to look at the stars was very relaxing. We even saw some shooting stars. Overall, this was the best vacation home we've stayed in.

There were several things we loved about this house! Number one is every bedroom has a private bathroom! Huge plus for a large group of people. Additionally, the outdoor furniture was fabulous and very comfortable. Beds were also comfy. We had plenty of space in this home. Kitchen could use some TLC with utensils and supplies but overall we didn't have any real issues. Thanks for a great week!
