Spend days exploring the coast and nights relaxing at home in front of the wood-burning fireplace, hanging out in the bonus room in a separate building, or playing air hockey in the game room. Fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner, and end the night gathered around the firepit in the yard - another picture-perfect coastal day awaits tomorrow.

This is a nice place! Close to beach within a nice quite neighborhood. *No Cell Service* The no cell service issue was not a problem for me it was nice to get off the wire for a while and having the Wifi was plenty to keep in-touch when needed. The place has a nice setup with game room for additional activities which was nice on rainy days. Felt like I was at grandma's house, but with plenty of space with a nice wood burning fireplace. I recommend the couch be replaced it looks old and sunken. Also recommend professional cleaning and water test of the hot tub. It was very dirty during my stay and did not use. Another recommendation is the grounds keeping around the fire pit in the back of the house. This place is comfortable and quite, if your looking to unwind for a while.
Great area, quiet beach, vintage decor.. Lovely place. It took a full 24 hours to warm up because we were not able to build a fire and had to wait for the heater.
My husband and I enjoyed staying here in Tierra Del Mar. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and fireplace a lot. Our dog loved the sofa. Bed was cozy, place was clean, neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen was light on dishes, but had enough of the basics. The ocean is just down the block with a public entrance to large sandy beach.
We've stayed at this property twice now and enjoyed our time. Great for families with kids.
This beach house on a very quiet friendly street. Lots of bunnies and deer . A lot of parking for extra cars and easy access to beach. House was okay. Game room had trash in it from previous occupants. And ants we getting into our food in kitchen area. Two out of the three beds were very comfortable and a lot of extra pillows blankets and towels. Hot tub was great and fireplace was wonderful on the colder nights. Things to know: no cell service and very limited Wi-Fi. Not great if you’re going to plan 5 days and try to work from the beach house like we had hoped. And couch was not comfortable at all. Really needs a new one. It was sliding apart every hour. And peeling all over and under the cushion covers. There also is no dish washer. Wasn’t a problem for us but may be for others. Nights are comfortable and cozy and water pressure was great as well.
We stayed at the house in June 2020 and really enjoyed it. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. The house is really close to the beach and the road is private. We didn’t mind the outdated interior and could deal with no dishwasher. However, it seems that things have deteriorated since our last stay in 2020. The windows are leaking and are moldy. There’s mold behind the kitchen sink. The kitchen faucet was loose and tilted forward. My husband had to tighten it. The shower in the master bathroom is leaking and the floor is starting to rot. The jets on the hot tub were barely working. The mold is a deal breaker for us so unfortunately, we won’t be back.
I went with a group of my friends, for my bday, and it was fun. The place has a very vintage vibe and the amenities it had were great. My friends and I enjoyed the Hottub and the firepit. It was steps away from a big, gorgeous beach as well. They have a game room where you can play pool and Air Hockey. It did smell a tad bit like animal in the place though, so if you have allergies to animals, such as dogs, you may have an issue. If not, we opened a few of the windows to air the place out, and then it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again. Btw, they do have a coffee maker. I read a past comment that they didn’t but now they do. FYI.
The house lay out was very nice and the game room was awesome. The beds were comfortable especially the master! Easy walk to one of the most special and nicest beaches on the Oregon coast. The community is laid back a quite and close to lots of fun things for kids to do. Easy to visit Rockaway, Tillamook, Pacific City and even Lincoln City. Some cleaning needs need to be addressed and please have the staff leave more cleaning supplies for guests especially larger groups staying for longer. A couple extra light blankets would be nice too. Spoons and coffee cups need to be updated too.
Great beach house . Easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable. We had a few dinners barbeque with friends à was very nice. The electric was a bit dated and the windows and doors needed some maintenance but you are literally foot steps to the sand and salt water breaks havoc on everything!!! Overall a great home the game room was a big bonus....thanks
Nice beach cottage. Perfect with kids
This place has been great the past few times I've visited. It's secluded from busy beaches and super cozy!
Bedding insufficient. Space cold. Kitchen not well appointed. No dishwasher and no dish soap provided for washing dishes. Wood stove nice to have, but no wood provided. Hot tub dirty, cold and not chemically balanced. Couch not comfy. Rug smells like dog pee. Location not great.
The house was styled super cute. It was like everything belonged in that house. It was very clean and stocked well. There were a couple things I didn’t like - there was no dishwasher and no dish soap supplied to wash dishes. For a family staying there for 4 days, that was a lot of dishes to wash AND I hate washing dishes. The couch was weird. It was covered with a slip cover that didn’t stay on the couch and neither did the cushions. The back of the couch (on the inside behind the cushions) was sticky and left greasy, gross black stuff on our hands. Getting in the house was troublesome. The code we were given was wrong and I had to drive into Pacific City to call Vacasa because there is zero phone reception at the house. The code they gave me worked, but it was not how we wanted to start our trip. All and all, the house is super cozy and great for kids. We would definitely visit again.
