Everything was picturesque and cozy. Enjoyed making fires and hanging at the house. It rained almost the whole time I was there and enjoyed being inside in this house. Would def do it again.
The property was super cute and would definitely recommend it to anyone going to the area. There were a couple of things I would improve though. 1. at least (1) hair dryer would have been nice to have as none of us packed one assuming that this is usually a standard amenity 2. there were a tremendous amount of cobwebs and spider webs with live spiders in them, in the house and in the peak of the house. It is a really cut A frame house but when you look up it just seemed totally uncared for. 3. the stove top was kind of confusing to start. Some small instructions for the unit would have been appreciated. Or a link to a video on how to use it. 4. a curtain for the upstairs bedroom door that faces out to the driveway. We had to be careful dressing as to not show off to the others in our group 5. the patio and furniture on the patio were completely covered with pine needles and we had to clean it all off to be able to enjoy the space. Since they new we were coming, it would have been nice if they swept this for us. Beyond these improvements, the space was safe, easy to get to, and very artfully decorated. We enjoyed using the record player and the other amenities the property provided.
The ambiance of this place is enchanting. It exudes sophistication and luxury with its mid-century Scandinavian design, which is executed flawlessly. The artistic attention to every little detail is commendable and speaks of top-tier class. We wish we could have extended our stay and didn't even feel the need to go to town, as we were so relaxed and rejuvenated by our time there. A big thank you to the owner and housekeeping for their amazing work and craftsmanship.
