Dog-friendly home with great deck & association beach on Mashpee Pond

Lake access is 2 min walk, sandy beach and beautiful lake perfect for swimming and paddle boarding Ocean beaches are just 15-20 min drive Grocery stores and restaurants are close House is in great condition, clean and comfortable Perfect for a large family with kids

Clean and great for a family with pets. Close to pond which was great! Very spacious.Great location, easy check in and out.Kitchen- needs more serving platters, bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and forks.Need info on trash and when to put out.Needs a vacuumYard needs upkeep and lots of poison ivy.

The house is nice and clean. The only complain is that the toilet on the first floor had a out of order sign on. It was not fixed during our stay. Fortunately, this house has 3 other bath rooms.

We were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided for this rental. The poor service was shocking since we have rented multiple Vacasa managed properties in other states and have never had a bad experience. Upon arrival, the door code did not work. It took Vacasa over an hour to respond to us and the suggestion was “just keep trying the code”. This was fun after a 7-hour drive. They finally gave us the passcode to retrieve the key. The next day, someone came out to reset the code (the original one didn’t work for him either). After resetting the code and changing the batteries,it stopped working again the next day. The lockbox obviously needs to be replaced, as other reviews have mentioned this. Once inside, the place was marginally clean, although the kitchen needs a deep cleaning as the counters, cabinets and stove are thick with grease. There were cobwebs in multiple rooms of the house. The first-floor powder room was unusable. There were other bathrooms, but we paid for a main floor w/powder room. Speaking of which, on day three of our trip, a man randomly showed up to fix the light bulbs in the unusable bathroom, as we were walking out the door to go to dinner. We had to wait, and he even asked if we had a stool he could use. We don’t own the house, and we did not bring a stool from Pennsylvania. The trash was overflowing, we brought this to Vacassa’s attention they let us know trash days are Tues. & Sat. There is more but I have limited space.

This is our second time booking this property. It is very clean, the neighborhood is great and quiet. I love the walking trail across the road and the location was perfect for us. I highly recommend!!

The home was wonderful and exactly as advertised, We needed a couple of items fixed but the managment keeps telling you they will send someone and only did on the last day, the young man who showed up was great but wasn't able to fix the items ie, bulbs in vanity needed to be replaced in primary bedroom ( i was going to my son's wedding, really needed those lights) along with panel fell off the tub in primary bath and closet door off rack in primary bedroom, dining room legs were very loose on 3 chairs and auto drop coffee pot was cracked. front door push button code has to be pushed about 3 times b4 it goes through. Loved the house I would stay here again but would want these items fixed

Very spacious home near beautiful Mashpee Lake.

I stayed the long weekend with my family. They were very easy to get ahold of. It was very clean and comfy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with lots to do nearby. Our son and his friend loved walking down to the pond to fish and hangout. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

very clean, a little dated. great location

This a lovely home. Inside and outside living areas were sparkling clean. Everywhere you look, the home and furnishings looked brand new. The decor was tasteful and modern, fitting for a sea coast area. Everything we could want was supplied, beds in abundance, sheets, towels, LOTS of bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable areas to relax upstairs and down. The neighborhood homes were immaculate, the neighbors friendly and Mashpee pond was a short 3 minute walk down the street. All of us enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful home unfortunately unable to use the front door entry system either dead batteries or an issue with it. Lots of room nice furniture. Nice kitchen. Electricity in neighborhood went out and no flashlights .
