Wake up each morning to beautiful natural light at this charming, three-bedroom home in East Sandwich. From this lovely property, you'll have wonderful access to Sandy Neck Beach only a mile north, with serene public lands and the Sandy Neck Lighthouse just a few miles beyond. Stroll home from the beach each afternoon to be greeted by an outdoor shower, a small front patio, and a back deck where you can light the grill, kickback and relax, and continue to soak up the summer sun. Inside, the house is bright and welcoming, offering a country-inspired kitchen with butcherblock countertops, a six-person dining room table, and space for more casual meals and snacks at the breakfast bar. As the day's swimsuits and beach towels spin in the washer/dryer, you can set up a board game in the front living room, stream a movie on the smart TV in the sunroom, or head outside to roast marshmallows around the firepit. Evergreen is scheduled to maintenance the yard every Wednesday during summer. THINGS TO KNOW There's an outdoor shower at the house. The one full bathroom is upstairs on the second floor.
