Stayed Oct 24, 2022Property is very nice. Just a couple of items the homeowners might want to consider: 1) install a ceiling fan in master bedroom - will save energy and use of HVAC fan function. 2) new commode in master bath - current one is too low and small. 3) exhaust fan in master bath needs cleaning - will operate more effectively and efficiently when clean. Overall property is very nice and would stay there again if available on next trip to Kiawah.

Stayed Dec 20, 2021Loved this property - so close to the beach! Thought we would spend more time in Charleston, but we enjoyed the restaurants and shops at Freshfields, the beach was a short walk away from our villa, could not have asked for more. We had one small issue with the TV that was quickly remedied. Thank you!
