If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
It is not going to be a luxury stay but it was cleaned very well. For us it did what we needed. We were there for the beach not the house so it was what we needed.
To start off on a high note the beach access was a short walk and we did like the covered porch for the couple times it came a rain shower. Now on to the down side. The house is in grave need of several repairs from flooring( stubbed toes on laminate that was sticking up) to a step that almost caused a fall. It served it's purpose as a roof over our heads for a guys fishing trip but that's about all. There is no gas grill as the description said but instead there is a fungal breeding ground of a charcoal grill that isn't built well and small. Hate to leave a review like this but the house has so much potential. Last but not least you could lose a small child to the jungle surrounding the house. Definitely needs a mower or at least a weed eater.
There is no pool access like the title of the listing states. The whole house needs some attention. only top shelf of the fridge is usable, the rest of the shelves are missing or broken. There is dirt/dust on the walls and ceiling near every air vent. One of the bar stools is broken (almost causing a fall), All of the bathroom towel hooks are broken. The toilet paper holder was broken. The master bathroom smelled like urine. It's not the worst place I've stayed, but could really use some help.
Beautiful, clean house, short walk to the beach. Looking forward to returning.
Overall the house is nice and clean. We loved the location, it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest public access. There was plenty of hot water, we ran the dishwasher and laundry after everyone showered. The fridge had missing side shelves but it was cold. The popcorn ceilings, LVP floor and older decor made the home feel dated. Plenty of cookware and utensils were nice to have. The downstairs area was great for washing from day at beach but only has a charcoal grill. If you don’t mind an older home with a good location and away from the traffic, this is a great place to stay!
