Dog-friendly home near beach with 2 pools, tennis, amazing views, outdoor shower

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach.

The house is a nice size for our family.

It was an okay stay. The property was alright; WiFi was pretty slow, rooms/showers are very tiny but we made it work. There’s a lot of clutter in the kitchen drawers and we found some dirty dishes as well. If you plan to cook there I would advise bringing your own cookware, utensils, and dish ware. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and a good spot to walk your dogs if you bring them. One of the comforters had a blood stain on it which we found pretty gross. Overall, we made it work and stayed about 4 nights. It’s a good place for a quick trip but might not be the best if you’re staying longer.

We had a great time staying here. It was just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everybody, and the people in the neighborhood were very nice.

Fridge always had ice. Good walking distance to things in Ocean City. Beach walk isn’t terrible but not short after a long day beaching it up. Washer and dryer are super efficient—-but the front loader washer hasn’t been wiped down in months and has collected quite a collection of peoples’ stuff…takes a minute for a cleaner to wipe out after each week. Cons—-don’t want anyone to be as shocked and disappointed as I was walking into this rental for 7 days. Hallway width is for one person— for real. The living room and sunroom reach 80 by 10 am. I went out and brought two more standup fans for extra air in those rooms. I was concerned about my dog in that temp during the day with the house being sun facing. The rest of the house is freezing. Main bedroom rug is disgusting and lumpy-do weird. One window has no blinds just the curtain…why hasn’t it been replaced yet? The remaining bedrooms and their sizes are jokes. Good luck with opening suitcase to get clothes from it or having space to organize your clothes with those scary closets. Plus having more than one person sharing the space. Never seen anything like that before in a rental. Pictures are deceiving. Bathrooms—main and one bedroom are corner showers. You will hit your elbows if you they to raise your arm to rinse your underarm puts. Your elbows will hit the wall constantly. Hot water/warm water doesn’t exist after the third person takes a shower- we had 7 people. Looks like the house just stopped getting updates and the existing work is terrible based on the price to rent this property. Still seems like under construction—- but more like poor work and following through with completed projects—AGAIN for this price… this house shouldn’t look or feel the way it does. Lack of decent outdoor recreation space. Cute bench on front area but that is it for decent outdoor area. Dirty looking chairs with beach cart looks like something could crawl out of it in the back/side. Worst rental with Vacasa by far. Cleaning sucked…. Sand on the comforters in bedrooms, trashed left in all spaces—-the cleaning price for this rental makes no sense for the LACK of cleaning upon arrival—dishes in the dish washer. Hair in the main bathroom upon arrival—not cleaned.—on toilet and sink. Corners in this house are disgusting…lack of cleaning. Dog hair—-where was it not?!? Ants— some dead on the trash can when walked in…. The person changing the can and cleaning the floor missed that?!? No way! Under the all beds haven’t been cleaned in months—just dust, crumbs, trash galore—disgusting! POOLS—two pools both a distance away. Went to the pool on 130th… great size and locker rooms. BUT it is a hike.. we went like 2pm ish….straight sun both ways. So if you looking for a rental with a pool but don’t want to hike or have to drive to the pool… not the community for you. The other pool you need to drive to on the other side of the community. Bring house flip flops or slippers… the floors are lumpy , parts unfinished.

It would have been better if we could have found the pool or received instructions on how to enter it. We didn't have any contact info to reach out with our questions. Otherwise, it was a nice place, a little banged up / older. But we only used it to sleep.

This home was perfect for our family of 4, grandparent and pup! We had plenty of room and the home was in the perfect location. The porch was our favorite hangout spot! We would definitely stay again in the future!

The property was just “ok”. We would not stay again. The photos make the rooms look way bigger than they were. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were uncomfortably small. Everything was very dusty and there was an ant problem on the porch. The decor was cute plenty of cookware and such in the kitchen which was nice. Good location to the beach too.

Nice place for our family to stay but we had a few issues. The place gets extremely hot in the afternoon especially when people are getting showers and we are making dinner. Fans were provided but not helpful. Dishwasher was leaking the second time we ran it. My husband also killed a mouse in the enclosed porch.

Large living space for family/friends to relax. Three of bedrooms are very small with large master suite. small outdoor space equipped with grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs and some sand toys for kids to use in the sand! Very family friendly. Easy walk to beach, we never made it to pool or even found their mini golf area because they were quite far in this park from the property and we were short on time with 2 toddlers in tow. Having large gathering areas made our 6 adult, 2 toddler and one dog stay very enjoyable!

Ample room in the home but the extended sunroom makes for an additional living space! Great week spent with all our family and pup ❤️
