Great but the iron is broken

The house was nice with lots of space for our family and a great location. That being said when we arrived there was a broken picture on the ground floor bathroom with glass shattered all over the floor. We had 4 of our granddaughters ages 2 to 6 with us so needless to say I took some quick pics and got right to cleaning it up. I let Vrbo know what happened they stated they would add pics to the file and to let them know if we needed anything else. That was it, they never reached out again, no apology. I called VRBO after we got home and told the rep on the phone what had happened, the response was..,Are you looking for compensation or what? I felt so embarrassed, when we were at the house, I worried the whole time that I had maybe missed a piece of glass, so we limited the girls use of the bathroom. Again my only complaint was that VRBO did not care at all and never checked back. The only communication about it was initiated by us. Thank goodness it was only shattered glass, and no one was hurt.

Great location, easy walk to the beach. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our group.

Location! The house is right across from the beach. The house is spacious and beautiful. The Vacasa service team was excellent! We will use Vacasa properties again in the future!

The house is very spacious and centrally located in a safe area within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately, the house was very dirty when we checked in with visible dirt and crumbs on the staircase, kitchen countertop, and stair bannisters. There was wrapping paper trash under furniture in the master bedroom and an onion peel on the pantry floor. We swept up a huge pile of dirt with a broom from the kitchen tile floor. The floor runners on the stairs and top floor were loose and needed some TLC and could easily become a tripping hazard. One reason we picked this house was the large kitchen as we were planning to cook our meals at night. We discovered that the grates on the gas stove did not fit properly and one of the gas burners was broken and was difficult to turn off. There was old food in the oven that caught on fire when we tried to reheat some food for dinner. We ended up cutting our vacation short and checked out a day early. We were very disappointed in this vacation rental because previous reviews had mentioned the cleanliness of this rental house and had given it great reviews.

The house was awesome. Spacious, clean, beautiful, and had tons of amenities. Having chairs and umbrellas and other things for the beach was a huge help, and we had plenty of hangout space to play games and all supplies to cook and eat meals which was amazing. The house really made a great vacation perfect!

the house is great. There was in a space for everybody. Everything is clean and nice. Our kids play outside with a volleyball. no issues it was great would recommend to anybody looking for a home to rent

The fact that we could fit four families wonderfully in this big home was amazing. Loved the furnishings and decor, the bathrooms were spacious (3 1/2) we had 13 people and 2 babies and we were never on top of each other, the kitchen was beautiful and very large, this house gave us the best vacation possible and we are so thankful!

As soon as we pulled up beautiful house very close to the water The cleanliness of the house was great no complaints My family and I had a great time staying in this house we will definitely try to rent again in the future I highly recommend this home to anyone it's only one block away from the water very short walk very convenient everything you need is close by lots of entertainment areas also close by
