Eat together at the dining room table or step outside to dine alfresco on the lower deck.
When you’re ready for the beach, grab the beach umbrella, chairs, boogie board, and beach gear provided for your use, and transport them easily with the beach cart. Spend the afternoon by the pool and fire up the grill for a family barbecue at night, then relax in the central AC with a little TV in the living room. More modern essentials include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We came to have a relaxing time with our adult kids. The house was conveniently located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants
Pros- bed was comfortable and was nice to have bathroom for every bedroom. Super close to the beach. Cons- WiFi and cable was constantly going in and out. Every time it rains it floods under the house and the pool floods and gets it super dirty. Upstairs air conditioning kept freezing up, guy came out and said it was fixed and it wasn’t. We didn’t get to use the pool the last night we was there cause the pool had flooded so much it was running over and was full of sand and pine straw. If the pool area was fixed so it wouldn’t flood and the air conditioning upstairs it would be a perfect place to stay.

Giving only 3 stars because there are some good with some not so good. The good would definitely be the location, being right across the street from public beach access. Also, the yard with fence and pool, allowing pets (we brought our dog), and having a full bath for each bedroom is a definite plus. Things future renters should know...this house definitely needs some TLC as the overall condition is rough. The listing states that there are beach chairs available for renters to use. They are not stating anything false, however the condition of the chairs was not usable and we ended up purchasing our own. Do not touch the outdoor shower by the pool. My son tried it out and the shower head fell off, and the faucet would not turn off however I finally got it fixed on my own. Cleanliness is not great with some dirty dish towels found upon check in as well as the MBR porch chair cushions being old and not suitable for sitting. Would also be beneficial if there was a broom in the house . Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay as a family, but the home is definitely in need of some significant remodeling.
The bungalow is located across the street from the beach, with access less than one block to the left of 30A. The landscaping needs updating. Fresh pinestraw and cutting back of the trees in the front would make the presentation of the property more desireable (at first glance). It is an older home, built sometime in the early 80's and I'm guessing has seen it's fair share of weathering. Upon entering, it was very clean and smelled very pleasant. All rooms were clean and fresh. The bungalow has it's own pool, although the water level was quite low (at least by two feet). It is also a pet friendly home. We were without internet or cable for the whole week of our stay. The owners were attentative and came out to see if they could rectify the situation, which they could not. The cable company was supposed to come out on Saturday (our stay was Sunday to Sunday), but no one ever showed up. Thank goodness for Starbucks and free wi-fi (homework had to be done). The beds were quite comfortable. Wal-mart and Publix are near by for groceries. I would have loved to given five (5) stars, maybe the next time we visit.
The house was in a perfect location. Easy beach access with a partial ocean view. Plenty of space, nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Will definitely be back!
