With its close proximity to fun activities, there's no shortage of fun and space at 3 Palms East, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 870 sqft. dog friendly duplex, sleeping 6, located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Large party You can rent both sides of this duplex! There is an easy access door that connects both properties. Each side sleeps 6 for a total of 12 if you rent the entire duplex.

Even larger party We also manage the house directly next door (it's called “Hook, Wine, & Sinker”). It sleeps 8. If you rent both the duplex and the house next door, you will have sleeping accommodations for 20.

***This property is dog friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you. We require and additional dog fee of $250.00 to cover the excess cleaning from dog hair. This is a 2 dog max both 40 pounds or less. ***

The main level offers a cozy living area with new sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Also on the main level is a half bath, small dining table, bar area, and the kitchen opens up to a large deck that is shared with the other side of the duplex. Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Primary Bedroom opens up to a large balcony that is shared with the other side of the duplex. This duplex is dog friendly with payment of a non-refundable dog fee of $250.00 which covers the extra cleaning required due to dog hair.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 car max no passes required.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    There was cockroaches in the property, pictures not as advertised, stains on carpet/couch/towels, stairs outside were unsafe. The only thing about the property I liked is that is was in a good area-close to the beach and dining.

    Property was a short walk from the beach, close to stores and shopping, relatively quiet at night except for the dumpsters being emptied before sunrise at the surrounding businesses. Cracked floor and kitchen tiles and a dead cockroach greeting us on the kitchen floor. Property advertises as being pet friendly and pets being welcome, but then they want a $250 Pet Fee to be paid before your arrival by calling them to make pet fee arrangements. Read the fine print and choose wisely.

    We liked the fact that it was pet friendly and we could take our dog. The accommodations were ok, nothing fancy, but everything we needed. The only problems were that we think the owners should know : that they have paint and wall paper peeling off the walls, there was hair in the tub drain that kept the tub from draining and we had to pull it out to take a shower. The shower rod kept falling down. There are cracked tiles that need to be fixed and there may be a water leak in the area below the unit. The space below the oven door is broken and doesn't close. There are boards on the stairs and decks that are rotten and need to be replaced. These are just a few things we noticed. Also, in light of all this, I think the unit rents for too much. We did enjoy our stay, would come back, if we could afford it!

    Well when we arrived Tuesday the tv upstairs was not working so we called a your people said they would have some one out by 10 am. That rolled around an no one showed so we called again and then called everyday but still no tv when we left on Saturday. The floors were so nasty we did not dare go barefoot in the house. The tv downstairs was only Roku Tv an no one knew how to work it or could explain to us. The pots an pans were so limited we didn’t even bother to try an cook. There was nothing good about this home expect it’s location.

    No local tv service (glad there was no bad weather while there), duplex needs to be upgraded, boards falling off the outside of the house. Grass was so tall that we had to keep picking things off of the dog after walks. Washer and dryer is so small, (2 adults 3 kids) had to wash so many loads it was hard to keep hot water for showers. I could keep going but....if all Beachball properties are like this I will not be renting from Beachball properties again.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Beachball property in Gulf Shores. Very nice location, close to beach and all amenities that would be needed are within just a short walk or drive.     The stay was nasty, there were cockroaches in the property, stains on couch/carpet, stairs outside were unsafe and falling apart, tile was cracked, appliances were out dated, paint was chipped all throughout, the tv in the master didn't work. The only good thing about the property was that it was close to the beach/food/activities.

    This was the perfect place to back for us. We were able to bring our fur babies (doggies) which made our stay very relaxing. The yard was perfect for them to do their business. The walk to the beach was very short. So short that we could walk back and forth for using the bathroom or get more snacks. The nearby pizza place was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable. It was not a Marriott but nor was the price. It was perfect. We will return for sure.

    It’s was okay. The condo listed as pet friendly but then made me pay an additional pet fee of $250 non refundable. It was high for the property. Holes all in the walls the boards on the patio are rotten made us nervous to walk on. Traffic wasn’t bad an arrived hour early they made my family sit outside in the heat instead of letting us inside the very expensive rental till exactly 4 oclock. Just make good decision this property is very high for the price.

    The condo is old. LR furniture filthy and stained, and very uncomfortable. Tile cracked thru out. Wall paper peeling. Lamps without bulbs. AC is cold. It could be cute but def needs updating. Super small TV in LR and in only one BR. TVs are so cheap, this a no brainer.

    Very quaint duplex close to beach and several restaurants. Could use a bit of updating, but for the price and location cannot be beat
