All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The host was welcoming and everything was in good condition. It's got outdated kitchen appliances and furniture, but we could see that before we booked the place. The location was fantastic for our needs because we have family that live two streets away and could walk to their place when needed.

There were 4 of us staying here. What a great place! Our main goal was to relax and go to the beach. It was a little bit of a walk but not a problem. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Our only complaint was that the dishes/pans were outdated and need updating. We actually bought other pans to use while we were there because the Teflon was pealing. Also, the light in the master didn't work properly. The AC works awesome!! All in all, a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Overall satisfied with our stay. Location is great- quiet street, near lots of North Myrtle attractions. The home is clean and the beds are comfortable. However, there were some minor annoyances- the dryer doesn't work well, shower didn't drain fast, hand soap was watered down, the large skillet is in poor shape, and we had to purchase lots of things for the home that are typically provided. Also, parking is a bit tight for a large vehicle. Overall, we recommend the home.
