Property and location were amazing. Only complaint we have is the wifi. It was terrible and couldn’t connect at all. Overall we had an amazing stay

No Toilet paper at arrival as stated in amenities. people travel and had to use as soon as possible. TV in master bed room did not work at all very disappointed.

Great location and water access.

Great deck with really comfortable furniture, beautiful view, comfortable indoor spaces. Lack of closets a bit weird but not a problem for us for a short beach stay. Very clean and comfortable. Only note is we would have liked simpler entry code. Had to pull up email every time. 4 digit is more common and sufficient. Nice neighborhood, very walkable and dog friendly.

The listing doesn't mention this but the home is a double wide trailer. The interior is nice and it wouldn't have been an issue but nasty storm went through while we there and it creaked a bit. Also, the listing mentions an ice maker but the only ice maker is what you make yourself using the two plastic trays in the freezer. They furnish plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking accessories.

The location and neighborhood is great. My family loved the back deck and water view with dock. The house itself needs maintenance and some TLC.

We were very displeased with this property. When we first got there , the AC was not working . We called and they said they couldn't come out until the next morning, it was a MISERABLE night sleeping . It was so hot in the house , all we could do was sit out on the deck the next day until they came to fix it .Because it was cooler outside. They came in the afternoon. The house was filthy, our feet were black walking around in the house. Toilet has a sanitized strip indicating it was clean, but when we wiped it there was yellow on the wipe which indicates the toilet was not clean. The appliances weren't wiped down food on the kitchen cabinets dripped down. The list is long, all pictures were taken. They did send cleaners back out the second day, but all they did was mop the floor no other cleaning was done. So we had to clean the house ourselves. After the cleaners mop the floor the bucket of water was as black as night, absolutely disgusting, unhealthy, and not up to the standards that they advertise for their covid safety and extra sanitizing. That floor hasn't been mopped and I don't know how long and I probably need to be mopped several more times to actually get a clean catch of water. We realize the house is old, but that does not excuse the house being filthy. We will NEVER rent with this company EVER again. NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN EXCEPT FOR A 125.00 DOLLAR CLEANING FEE. Not a company that represents pleasing and taking care of their clientele. We've never even gotten a call from anyone .
