Stayed Nov 9, 2025Not very clean. Mold all around master bathroom tub. Super gross. My kid’s socks were completely black from walking around the house. Location and views were amazing though.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The good - locationThe bad- the home needed repairs and kitchen was not well stocked (missing kitchen shears )etc. The front door was hard to open and was a safety issue. The big issue was the AC didn’t work the first night and they didn’t come to fix until the next day. Then after a couple days the AC stopped working again. And we were not offered fans and portable ACs until we asked for them. They finally replaced the AC but it was a struggle for us and it interfered with our vacation. I don’t recommend this place.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024If you’re looking for updated appliances or newly renovated, this is not the place. However, it is clean and comfortable and has all the necessary amenities right on the water with great views. Great value for the area.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024I love the location. It’s just you guys. I’ve got to get an exterminator in there. There are German cockroaches and I was a little scared of bringing some home.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024For the price you paid, the house and location are reasonable. HOWEVER, we saw so many cockroaches. All over the house and varying in sizes. It was so so so gross. Before booking, I’d ask for proof of an exterminator. Unfortunately, the dishwasher also leaks into the downstairs foyer when it runs. We notified Vacasa of the leak and they said they would send someone and never did. Vacasa is also REALLY hard to get in touch with. If this home had some general repairs, a routine exterminator come, and a different management company it would be a nice place to stay.
