Love the location, very modern vibes. Cool stair case, for inside entry to upstairs. If weather is friendly outside entry to upstairs is ideal. Definitely will return sooner than later. Only things that would improve (but not needed) is an upstairs TV for rainy days, and a larger couch. Would love to have owners contact for a verbal review.
This home was very clean and well equipped. Even though the home is smaller, there was plenty of space for us to feel comfortable and have our own space.
House was in a great spot if you like seclusion. Decorating was comfortable and the house was supplied with everything you could possibly need.
Beautiful location very quiet and relaxing.
I loved everything about this place! This home comes with absolutely everything you will need and more. I am definitely saving it for future reference. This was my first time visiting Arkansas and the people here were the sweetest.
It was a perfect getaway. The house was adorable and well stocked. Great communication with the rental property before stay and easy to access. It was in a great location just outside of town. The only down side from my perspective was the drive up the hill was a little nerve-wrecking for a city girl but overall the stay was just what we needed. We would stay there again - with a 4x4 next time. :)
This place is a true gem! We loved the privacy of the location and how spacious the small property actually was. When the tornado siren went off, we were able to quickly contact the property manager to access the safest location. 10/10 would stay again!
Heaters were not putting out heat. Could not get them to function properly. The pictures of the place prior to visit were over exaggerated. It showed the place bigger than it actually was. No back porch light for dining ( since that’s the only dining there was). We stayed cold the whole visit. Town was nice
Very nice home in a quiet area but just minutes away from downtown Hot Springs!
This is a peaceful and restful place.
The property is nicely situated back in a wooded lot, and although there are neighbors, the property was quiet and peaceful. The perfect getaway, but still a short drive to downtown Hot Springs plus other local points of interest. The house was clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and easy to follow instructions on how to work the technology. The property management company was easy to communicate with, prompt in responding to questions, and made sure we had everything needed to access the property in advance of our stay. One recommendation would be to bring ziplock bags or tupperware if you want to cook out using the grill provided. All of the kitchen utensils and spices were great, but extra food storage options would be helpful. Also, for older guests, the stairs to the second floor inside the house were tricky to navigate and narrow. There is plenty of second floor access using the outside stairs, but if traveling with smaller children or older guests, plan on using outside access to the second floor. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I appreciated both the communication from the property management company as well as the charming location.
Our small family, including dog, had a great time staying at this gem surrounded by trees. The location is 30 minutes in all directions from the natural parks and resources that we were so happy to enjoy. A 4-wheel drive is a good thing to access this quiet home away from the crowds! Thank you for the stay.
My teens & I adored this cabin & it’s unique feel. It is a quick, easy drive (with 4 wheel drive vehicle) up & down Schwinn Hill. Very convenient drive to downtown. The cabin is well stocked for a 5-6 day stay & comfortable to sleep 5 people. Very clean & up to date. Morning coffee or evening wine on the porches overlooking quiet trees was our favorite. Definitely would stay here again!
It was a little nice getaway.
Nestled pretty centrally between Hos Springs Village, Hot Springs National Park, and Magic Springs, this was a truly surprising find. Don't let the exterior and lack of landscaping deceive you, the moment you walk into the house, you're immediately transported to an immaculately kept and very modern looking cabin nestled on the mountain. The road leading to the house is all gravel with some pretty steep inclines, so don't bring your luxury vehicle unless you want to chip the paint. All-in-all a fantastic stay. Will definitely be returning.
