Dock & Beach Access: Cozy Lake Havasu City Home!

Lication and property were absolutely perfect. We loved everything about it. Community was perfect, friendly people and location couldn't be better. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting this property.

Cute little place, dog friendly, clean with everything we might need. Feels like a very safe community with security checkpoint and neighbors are all super friendly. It’s very convenient ~15 mins to London bridge but it’s nice to be away from all the crowds. The beach onsite is unusable due to all the boats crowded there. The screened porch was used a lot! The place was super clean inside but there was a lot of bird feces. Bed is comfy. AC worked really well in the 100 degree heat! Thanks for a nice weekend away.

We loved the place. But we had no gas to cook with and than the barbecue ran out of propane

We strongly feel that the current reviews and photos posted did not accurately represent the trailer. We needed to air the residence out upon our arrival. The interior of the trailer was damaged (window frame broken, window sill peeling up, and bedroom window had water damage). The bathroom was newly remodeled as told, but the walls that were not refreshed needed to be wiped down. Kitchen cabinets are definitely tired. Kitchen was only moderately stocked for cooking purposes. Coffee supplies were abundant. Both bathroom sink and shower became plugged while we were renting (neighbor helped with sink). The area rug in the living room is in need of a cleaning. It was a very disappointing stay as far as accommodations were concerned. The resort had a nice pool area. But, no restrictions for displaying political signs; being on vacation and from out of state, we were not expecting this. The resort management was very helpful. We do have photos that support all of the above.

The single wide had everything we needed. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the heated pool and water access. Bike riding was good as well.

We had a great stay here and would come back again. The prop manager was quick to respond and very easy to work with. Our favorite parts of the stay were the cleanliness of the place, nights on the deck, and easy and quick access to the water. Everyone we encou tered were helpful and nice.

The home was supplied with everything we needed. The host provided personal items for our convenience. We especially enjoyed the large comfortable deck. We enjoyed our stay.

On arrival the rental had not been cleaned from previous tenants, but Michael responded quickly and made sure to get someone there in a fairly timely manner considering our later arrival. After that everything was great. We even accidentally locked our keys in the car at the private beach area and he responded quickly of having a spare key for us. Which we greatly appreciated!! Overall experience was great and can't wait to come back to Havasu!!
