Dock Access: Waterfront Ocean City Home Near Beach

This property was absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, very clean, the amenities were top notch and the decor, inside and out was beautiful. The back yard was spacious and like an oasis. The host was very knowledgeable and super responsive and kind. Also, it was central to pretty much everything in ocean city. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be booking this house again the next time we stay in ocean city.

We have stayed at several different places for our family’s annual winter trip to OC, and this home blew the others away. It’s very homey, clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Patrick was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. We had three families that included three young kids stay here for two nights and no one wanted to leave. We are already looking forward to next year.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and already booked again for next White Marlin Week. Great location. House is beautiful and cozy. Owners are fantastic!

Overall the stay at this house was great. The house and yard was beautiful, the amenities were on point, and we had plenty of space for our total of 12 guests. Patrick was easy to get ahold of, and responded timely. Unfortunately during our stay, the dryer stopped working so that put a bit of a damper on our ability to do laundry, but Patrick offered to take our stuff to the laundromat and brought extra towels for us -appreciated! The house is in a great location and were able to walk to many things. During the rainy days we had, it was nice to be able to be outside on the covered deck. We would definitely consider booking again.

The house is in a perfect location! We loved having the boat at the dock in the back yard and being able to walk 3 blocks to the beach! The house is everything it is advertised to be and more!

This house was a perfect location for a well needed vacation. It was nestled in a primary area of Ocean City. And had wonderful perks/additions with the interior and exterior of the house.I would highly recommend staying here.Patrick was very attentive, resourceful and communicated immediately. We walked by this place two years ago while walking to the weigh ins and I said I wanted to book it if it was available! Sure enough it was! This home does not disappoint in terms of location. It is a very homey home! We felt comfortable upon entering. Beds were extremely comfortable and there was tons of space. Was decently clean. We’ve already booked for next year!

The house could use a few more items to make the stay better. There were no toiletries while the listing mentioned complimentary toiletries. There was also no sheets for the fold out sofa, so that was one less bed that was available for use. In addition, cleaning supplies (at least a broom), essentials like salt and pepper, and some beach towels would have been helpful. There was also no hairdryer in the house. House was clean and location was great with nice kitchen.

We four couples had a wonderful time, and felt particularly spoiled by the kitchen, pantry and back porch and yard! Frequent renters in our group said it was the most well-supplied kitchen and pantry they’d ever rented! We thoroughly enjoyed the canal view and grill in the back, as well. Easy walk to the beach was 3 blocks, with the beachfront boardwalk there for endless people watching, fun shops, etc. and there were restaurants/drug stores/grocery stores/etc. within easy reach. We met the generous, friendly host who made great suggestions for local food! The photos and description of this house are very accurate, and we highly recommend for 8+ adults or family. We did not want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
