With a brand new (2023) saltwater pool, give yourself the option of staying home and avoiding the crowds.

Your pool comes with plenty of features:
- No harsh chemicals! Because they have lower chlorine levels, saltwater pools are gentler on the eyes and skin and produce softer-feeling water.

For the safety-conscious, the pool has plenty of safety features:

With both covered and uncovered seating areas, your outdoor space has something for everyone. From watching TV in the screened lanai to sitting by the grill waiting for first dibs to lounging by the pool, create your vacation memories in the resort-style setting. The fun doesn't stop at sunset as the backyard and pool lights turn on to create a serene ambiance to close out your perfect day.

There are two french doors that connect the lanai with the home. The screened and covered lanai has a smart TV, 8 seat patio conversation furniture set, and a 6 seat dining table set. Right outside the lanai, you find another 8 seat patio conversation furniture set and the 4 burner propane grill. The pool and deck are just a few steps away!

-- INDOOR LIVING --
Inside, sunlight spills into the home from the large windows facing the private backyard. A spacious open concept layout connects the living room, dining room, kitchen. With large french doors opening from the dining room into the lanai, indoor and outdoor spaces are seamlessly connected. The attached garage has been converted into a game room with arcade basketball, skeeball, and foosball.

The home has 4 mid-century modern coastal bedrooms with smart TVs. All of the beds are plush memory foam mattresses and all bedrooms have luggage racks & hangers.
- Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, small sofa
- Bedroom 2: 1 King bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathroom (shared), direct access to lanai
- Bedroom 4: 2 Queen over Queen bunk beds, ensuite bathroom (shared). Upper and lower beds each have a 600 lb weight capacity, this room is great for kids!
- When needed, the JoyBird couch can pull-out into a queen size memory foam bed.

The home has 2 bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1: Tub shower combo
- Bathroom 2: Walk in shower, attached to both bedroom 3 & 4

No need to squabble over the remote, our home comes equipped with 6 smart TVs! Every bedroom has a 55 TV so everyone can watch their favorite channel without judgement from friends and family.

Your home will have a dedicated indoor dining room that can seat up to 12! There is also a more casual kitchen island, comfortably seating up to 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils needed for cooking your own meals. It can be frustrating to travel and find a poorly stocked kitchen unsuitable for preparing meals with friends and family - you won't find that here!

Outside of basic kitchen appliances, you can find the following:
- 10 qt air fryer
- Waffle iron
- 4 slice toaster
- blender
- 4 burner propane grill
- ice shaver

It's important to start your day off right with a great cup of coffee:

The home has ample parking with 1 carport and 5 driveway spots.

-- DOG FRIENDLY --
We allow up to 2 dogs! The house is dog-friendly and the yard and deck are completely fenced. When booking, please provide information on the number of dogs as well as breed.

To ensure your furry friends are comfortable, we provide:
- Dog bowls
- Furniture covers
- Dog towels
- Doggie bags

We charge a one-time non-refundable $50 pet fee. The fee goes toward additional cleaning to prepare the home for our next guest. Unregistered pets are not allowed and will be subject to a minimum $150 fine.
