Ditch Plains , Montauk Beauty Ocean View Steps from Beach

This house was the BEST! Unreal location, and perfect house. Was right outside of town, and was super close to ocean as well, nice quiet neighborhood also. Can see the ocean from the deck, and had everything we needed. Very easy check-in and was very flexible with our group. This is a MUST if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing beach weekend.

My friends and I recently stayed at this charming Montauk property, and we were delighted with our experience. The pictures do not do this property justice! 1. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The property is nestled in a prime location, right across from the beach. We loved the private deck with ocean views. Its a great location in the heart of Montauk. 2. Comfort and Amenities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The house was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. 3. Host Communication: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The host was responsive and accommodating. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were available throughout our stay to answer any questions. 5. Overall Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this Montauk property exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and grateful for the memories we made. We can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Montauk, look no further. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! Location is perfect. Can’t beat the view and sound of the ocean from the deck. House is great and well equipped with anything you might need. Online description is accurate and upgrades were made since the pics so even better! Sean is great, totally accessible, warm and welcoming.

Another great vacation at this perfect beach house! So great to be back at Ditch Plains and this house is just a stones throw from all the action. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We love having breakfast on the deck while watching the beach just across the street start to come alive. The two family rooms works out fantastic to give teens and adults a separate spot to unwind. Everything you could possibly need is there at the house. Clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to returning!

We've stayed in numerous houses in Ditch and Sean's house cant be beat. The location is as good as it gets and the views of from the deck are better in person than the photos. Sean was a pleasure to deal with and we plan to come back!

I rented this house with a group of guys, but my child and wife came for the last two days. The house was ideal for both experiences. Depending on what experience you’re looking for, the owner is “the man” or “an absolute gentleman.” I did a lot of research into other places in Montauk, and I can safely say that this one in terms of location, comfort, ease, owner and every other variable is FAR superior. Don’t overthink this and just stay here if at all possible.

Best location in Ditch and perfect house for a family vacation at the beach. We had a great two weeks. It was hard to leave.
