Phillip, our host, was exceptional! The house for our three family holiday event was perfect - clean, spacious and short walk to the canals and the beach as well as a quick arrival and departure from LAX. You will not be disappointed with this home.

Everything was perfect!

We loved staying here. It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the space was sunlit and inviting, and the home was ideally located close to everything in Venice. We walked to Abbot Kinney, the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. It's on a corner, but the bedrooms were nice and quiet. Street parking was easy and always available right in front of the house. If we had a big group traveling to LA again, we'd stay here in a heartbeat!

Property is wonderful, clean, great layout, great location! Had a group of law students and coaches in LA for a trial competition. Layout of house is perfect for our group of 4 students and 2 coaches. Kitchen and living area, as well as multiple outdoor options really made the trip memorable for our team. Had several meals, as well as simply hanging out together that would not have happened otherwise. Philip is a fantastic host. House had everything we could need. Beds were great, bathrooms are modern and super clean. Do love the Viking stove. Just a wonderful experience. The only place that I will stay when in LA. Many thanks to Philip for an easy process and a great place!

Very Light and airy! Beautiful property.

Spacious and comfortable home in walking distance to the beach and neighborhood restaurants and shops. The decor was coastal cottage with comfortable, overstuffed furniture and decorated with intentional style to make you feel at home. The beds were very comfortable, master bath with jetted tub was huge and a welcome relaxation at end of the day, water pressure was great, kitchen is large complete with 6-burner Viking gas stove with a butcher top island for hanging around with a group, many board games, ping pong table in separate room was great fun, clean gas grill on roof top deck was a welcomed find, and complete with beach amenities to choose from. My only regret is we could not stay longer.

Extremely nice home, and well equipped. Three couples and three young adult grandkids had plenty of beds and and beautiful great room. Well equipped for younger, small children as well. Being from the desert with 110+ degrees really enjoyed the 75 every day

7 of us (ages 9 to 77) stayed at this lovely, well-appointed home for a family graduation. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We made use of the beach chairs and boogie boards, and the kids loved the pool table. Definitely recommend for a family gathering.
