We very much enjoyed our stay. From the minute you walk in to that minute you have to leave and realize how calming this house is. The owner has not only kindly labeled everything, but made sure everything from teas to coffee to spices were stocked up. The beds, and the bedding, were very comfortable. I also appreciated that everywhere you turn there was an artistic surprise waiting around every corner. The owner was very accommodating and always helpful. As well, the house was in a great quiet location but also close to everything. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a beautiful mid-century modern home. It had everything we needed for a fun weekend!

Striking decor and vibe throughout property. Wanted a cozy, comfortable place to just sit and connect. Outside patio was meant for this. Appreciated all of the labeled drawers and switches/handles throughout house, and we were impressed with all the kitchen supplies-even a small rice cooker!

The house was just as advertised and the backyard was even better than imagined and pictures!

We spent a couple of nights at the property and it was as we anticipated. Loved the outdoor patio, the owner was very accessible to us and provided ample time with check in instructions. We would stay again if we are in Concord again.

The house was decorated with a mid century vibe. My granddaughter loved it SO much she said she would live here right now! She is 19. The space was large enough to have the kids over for games and dinner. Loved having a bath for each room. The gardens were beautiful and the back patio was so comfortable. The picnic table sagged so we didn’t use it and the kitchen could use more baking dishes. But those were minor. It did get hot in the afternoons. AC ran all the time due to lack of insulation. But that was just for 2 days of our trip. The weather cooled off to normal temps and the house stayed comfortable. Bella was easy to work with.

This house is very fun! The decor is very retro and our family had a lot of fun. The house was built in 1955 and they did a great job renovating the house. The outdoor patio is also very comfortable and fun. The only issues we had as the air conditioner took a while to cool the place down. The kitchen doesn't have a disposal which makes it a little difficult. They didn't have a strainer or enough baking sheets so cooking was difficult. we had to go buy some cookie sheets The furniture is cute but not very comfortable. beds are comfy. The neighborhood is ok and quiet. Overall we had fun but there were a few things that would make it a more comfortable stay of you plan on staying for more than 2 nights. also no access to a washer and dryer.

My family stayed at this house for several days while visiting the area to attend my daughter's medical school residency match day. The house is lovely and very well appointed. The patio area was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for us as it is in close proximity to so much, Davis, Napa, Oakland, Berkeley and SF! The neighborhood was quiet too.

Good immediate communication with owner. Home had everything except for washer/dryer. Would stay here again.

The property was wonderful. It was very clean and the furniture was as I expected, mid century modern with great colors. The wall decor was fabulous. We enjoyed the little extras around the house and also the toiletries were of very good quality. The beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay in the home.
