Wow! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home and location to celebrate my 65th birthday! EVERYTHING about it was exquisite. I would have liked more privacy. Indoors and at the pool. The house was equipped with everything you need. It is a lovely house and in a good location to the mountains and town. The pool is a great addition to the rental. Very clean and salt water rather than chlorine which is beneficial. We are mountain ebike riders and found it difficult to find trails that allowed them. We should have researched this further.

Great property, well-maintained, and clean. Worked well for two couples traveling together. We enjoyed having access to the small pool, fire table, grill, and a kitchen supplied with all that you need during your stay.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location!

We arrived Thursday and had large piles of white flaky material in the pool. We only had four days in the house so I had made it clear we were expecting the pool etc to all be set to go.We called to ask someone to checkOut the material and remedy and let us know if the kids could swim. Instead of calling us back after several hours, my husband just called the pool company (all on record) who said they’d come out and look. 5 hours later as we were on our way to leave for dinner they arrived. Two of the four days no pool use. The best was I pointed out the crappy communication and was told I’d be called by someone in customer service but she was busy and would call when they got to me- they asked me to have patience. We checked out 8/18 and stillNo phone call! Awful communication. Never again.

Great location and new build with open windows and light and airy feel. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. Large beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Would recommend having the housekeeper come at 10 (checkout time) vs waiting in the driveway since 8am though, that felt aggressive to us.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in Sedona.

House was fantastic, the listing didn’t do it justice. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, towels, etc. Cots were comfortable and worked well.

We spent four days at this property while in Sedona and it was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. We unfortunately didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the pool due to the cold temperatures, but everything else was perfect.

The property was in great condition with modern furnishings. Location was convenient to many of the good hikes in the area. Views from the property were spectacular. Would go back.

really great house and perfect for the 6 of us

We were searching for a place in Sedona where we would be immersed in nature and still be close to shops, restaurants and attractions — and this home was perfect! A ten minute drive to Bell Rock and a quick stroll to Chapel of the Holy Cross — it was all breathtaking! The home was immaculate and the grounds were meticulously kept. Don’t forget the starry skies! The pool area provided wonderful night views and enjoyment of the Sedona air. Sedona enchanted us and we loved this stay.

Beautiful property and home. Great location for hiking

This home was perfect for our stay in the Sedona area. It provided two master bedroom areas with the living/kitchen between them. We were able to get to the attractions around the area easily. Would highly recommend!

We loved the place. Wish the back windows were cleaned to really take in the view of the red rocks from inside . Loved the three en suite set up.

The location is fabulous and the views gorgeous. Right on Chapel Hill, which i didn't even realize, was a wonderful surprise. The house was lovely, modern and had everything you need. The pool was perfect for cooling off in that powerful AZ sun. I would highly recommend both this property and the management company. I actually missed a message that my final payment had not processed due to the original card having been compromised and a new one issued. I learned this when I called because we hadn't received the door code for check in. Naturally I felt a wave of panic as we sat in the driveway but my nerves were quickly calmed by a most gracious agent who processed my new card and sent us a code. I can't wait to visit Sedona again and I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

Great house and location

Property was just as beautiful as listed. Lovely views and convenient location. Access / check in was a breeze. Enjoyed the salt water pool. Necessary amenities were provided.

This was a perfect house for multiple couples or families that all want their own master bedrooms and a little privacy. The house was furnished well, was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The location is great (aside from a little traffic going in and out of the Chapel), but the neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path. Easy access to a few local hiking trails and just a 10 minute drive to the downtown area of Sedona. We would definitely stay again!
