Ron was great. He was friendly and helpful. The place was wonderful, fit us all very comfortably and there were all the little things we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The only things was the place was dirty, in that the carpets are black on the edges and the place needs dusting. Beautiful backyard...and loved the outdoor cat that we named Reba!

Host very accommodating. The house was perfect for us and the fenced in back yard was great for our two little poms. Location was good using Uber to get to the places we enjoyed. We will rent again as we enjoy Nashville.

Ron is a great host and responds to messages very quickly! So if you have a question when planning or need something during your stay, he is there for you! We greatly enjoyed his house! It’s in a quiet, convenient location right outside of all the action. There are cameras outside that help you feel safe as a guest. The open layout downstairs is perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms are just enough space. The 2.5 baths were lovely as well! We would certainly stay at Ron’s place again!

Location was near trolley stops and convenient to walk to. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen looked stocked enough if we had planned to make meals there. Residence was clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved relaxing on the back deck. Quiet neighborhood, but still not far from downtown attractions. Host was very friendly and accomodating. Provided excellent communications House was stocked with everything we needed.

This property is a good value in a fine location for a long Nashville weekend. House is quiet, slept 7 adults comfortably in good beds, with extra linens, toiletries, a fully appointed kitchen, and a nice room for gathering. Thank you Ron!

Ron was AMAZING!! His kindness and hospitality made our trip the best trip to Nashville we have ever had. We usually take a trip to Nashville every 2 years. This rental was perfectly located in between all the different areas of Nashville and perfect for our gathering of friends. The house was comfortable and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend! Stay was nice. Took a Uber downtown each night. A little too far to walk but it was worth the stay.

Fun and relaxation

Very happy with our stay in this cute Nashville home! Ron was very communicative from start to finish and we truly had no issues whatsoever! Under $10 Uber rides to anywhere we wanted to go and felt very safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely come back here and stay again!

The house was perfect and we had an amazing time! Ron helped us get settled in and was very accommodating. Wonderful trip and beautiful backyard!

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in and out of. The only thing my group was thrown off by was the amount of rooms. VRBO shows the property as having 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and there were only 3 rooms with 3 beds. Not a big deal for our group but it could be for others!

This property worked well for our long weekend in Nashville! Property was as described. Ron communicated with us as needed. Ron was at the home upon our arrival, sharing the necessary information.

It was comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to farmer’s market which is one of the stops for the on and off trolly, $10 cab ride to broadway. Id recommend . Overall pleasant stay.

The house was good. Comfortable and pleasant. However there were bugs so the cleaning needs to be better. Also it is not as close of a walk to downtown as I would have liked.
