Stayed Jul 25, 2024The house and property were great. Some amenities in the listing were not immediately available but the hosts are local and ready and willing to come provide assistance. We loved the convenience of the boat dock, enjoying time on the deck and playing in the water. It's rare to find a dog-friendly rental with so many other perks. The photos in the liating don't quite do it justice. It appears that you would have to walk through the downstairs studio bedroom to get to the second downstairs bedroom, but there is actually a private entrance. There also Is a set of twin over full bunk beds that aren't in the photos! The sprinklers keep the lawn green and beautiful, but beware of of any items you leave in the downstairs patio area getting soaked, as well as the dog run area being unusable during some morning hours due to the sprinklers Overall, I recommend this rental if you want to spend time on the water, especially if you have multiple families wanting to share a home, and if you have pets. Don't be afraid to reach out to the host if anything isn't quite as expected. They are friendly and helpful.
