Everything was great, but a hive of bees in the backyard did not allow us to have fun.

The house was lovely and the neighborhood very quiet. The kitchen could be better equipped (some foil or plastic wrap for leftovers, better pots and pans, martini glasses, cloth napkins all would have been welcome additions), but had all the basics.

House was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the patio with the fireplace in the evenings and the hot tub was well maintained and clean. This was our second stay here and we will definitely stay here again.

This house was everything and more. The pictures are exactly like what it looks but better. The view is amazing, the backyard is rose garden and bird oasis! We seen some beautiful humming birds. The rose bushes were gorgeous. The hot tub was wonderful after our days of hiking. The fireplace was nice too!! We cannot say anything bad about this property. The location was great. Close to everything. Easy check-in and checkout. They even provide the red rock pass which was very convenient when parking at the trails.

It’s hard to write a less than stellar review because I know that this is part of someone’s livelihood. However, I have to mention a few of the things about this place. I have stayed in many VRBO‘s in Sedona. You can’t go wrong with views like this. The view from the living room and backyard were fantastic. The home is in a fabulous neighborhood. However, we could not sit in the backyard. There is a constant beeping sound which I was told is a gopher deterrent and could not be turned off. So there was no sitting in the backyard without listening to that sound. We just didn’t do it. We were sold on the property because of the pictures of the backyard. We did enjoy the hot tub. The furnishings are a little bit dated, old and odd. The carpet in the backyard was rolling on the edges and I tripped over it when I did go out there. There was also a lot of broken pottery and old decorations in the backyard that probably should just be thrown out and a fountain that was covered with a plastic garbage bag. A bit of an eyesore. All in all, the stay was not too bad. The beds were fairly comfortable. The kitchen was nice. There was plenty of space but they could use a little bit of work on the backyard.

House was perfect for our family vacation. The views from the living room were an awesome way to wake up every morning and drink coffee. Yard and hot tub were great to unwind and enjoy at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property! Extremely clean especially for a place that allows dogs. We brought our 2 small dogs with us. The views from the living room were stunning! Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful home. In a very quiet neighborhood in the heart of sedona. Booking was super easy and with special requests i had they accommodated without a problem. I would def stay in this house again & would def use this management company. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! There was so much room and the views were unbelievable! The backyard garden is immaculate and our family enjoyed every part of the home.

Beautiful home, well stocked and awesome views. We travelled with family and pets. The yard was perfect for our dogs and fenced in with grass. They loved it. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a lovely property. The pictures on-line were accurate, the kitchen was well equipped. The humming bird feeders made it possible to see many little friends. The location was great both close to great hiking (off of airport road) and to restaurants. It was also very convenient with a grocery store basically just across the street. Highly recommend this property
